Amazing place, super nice staff！ Got a south facing room, it was great, but not as spectacular as the west facing ones. Breakfast is also great.

Thoughtful, warm service and a genuinely lovely stay. The service was excellent throughout, and what really stood out were the people. The concierge team, Jerry at the front desk, Olivia and the team at 100 Century Avenue, and the staff at the Park Salon all went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. We would happily return.

We were also delighted with the complimentary room upgrade. My heartfelt appreciation goes to Ms. Gu from Housekeeping. Every day she beautifully cared for our room and left a handwritten note in Chinese. Her thoughtful handwritten note in Chinese truly warmed my heart. It was such a personal and meaningful gesture that I treasured it and even brought it home as a souvenir. It truly reflects the genuine care and attention to detail that Park Hyatt Shanghai is known for. The hotel itself is stunning. The contemporary architecture is elegant, and the panoramic views over the Huangpu River, the Oriental Pearl Tower, and Jin Mao Tower are simply breathtaking. Breakfast on the 91st floor was a highlight every morning, with an excellent selection and one of the most spectacular dining views in Shanghai. Another highlight was the hotel's dining experience. The restaurant, led by its renowned chef Yang, served exceptional cuisine. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Combined with the spectacular skyline views, dining at Park Hyatt Shanghai was truly a memorable experience. As a travel advisor, I stay at many luxury hotels around the world, and Park Hyatt consistently delivers the exceptional service and refined luxury the brand is renowned for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will confidently recommend Park Hyatt Shanghai to our clients. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. The hotel has great amenities and has a good location. The higher floor rooms are great and very spacious. The facilities are large breakfast is a high quality buffet

A great business hotel in Pudong for your business needs. Fantastic view and large room, nice bathroom with very strong rain shower.

As a high end property, it’s not merely about the beddings and food. The customer service and anticipation of the needs are equally important.PH staff from restaurants to front desk, all are empowered to make decisions to improve your experience. The swimming pool was closed during our stay, they helped arrange swimming pool use at nearby Regent hotel especially as they learnt that my kid is preparing for swim meet. They recommended that regent hotel may have a longer pool for lap swim. The breakfast staff members are as attentive. From espresso to a la cart order, they did best to anticipate the needs.

The hotel staff were excellent. Treated well as a WoH status member . Breakfast was excellent. Amenities were excellent. Honestly I have nothing but praises for this hotel. The location might be slightly out of the way. But the view cannot be beat.

Loved the views from the 80th floor of the bund and the Pudong skyline. The rooms are very very comfortable and the service is excellent!
