This is our home away from home. The location is perfect for all our needs. All staff go above & beyond. The rooms are always clean, need & tidy.

We stayed in a Deluxe King Room with a lovely view of St Patrick’s Cathedral. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we really enjoyed waking up to the beautiful cathedral view. The hotel is in a great location, right next to the park, which was perfect for a relaxing morning walk. It’s peaceful and quiet, yet still within easy reach of the city centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay.

Overall the Park Hyatt is a fantastic hotel. The gorgeous building and attentive staff are wonderful. The breakfasts are amazing and the spa is fantastic. The lobby bar was a bit lacking in service and experience.

The Park Hyatt is located in the perfect position, just off the main cbd grid, but very walkable (from a non walker!) to all the major food and shopping areas of Melbourne, and being just off the grid it is so peaceful, you don’t hear any of the noise from the city The rooms are generously big, even the basic room, with luxurious bedding and amenities This is the best hotel in Melbourne

High end old world luxury. Service faultless. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The resident dog was a friendly addition to our experience. The high end toiletries were also noted and appreciated.

Park Hyatt Melbourne is a superior hotel to anything else in the city. The staff are outstanding, the rooms are very high quality, clean, and well appointed. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I stay here every time I visit Melbourne.

The Park Hyatt Melbourne never disappoints. From arrival and valet parking to check in and dining or drinks at the Tea Lounge and Radii Restaurant, you are always greeted with a smile and friendly, professional service. The Hotel is a calm, tranquil oasis, as it is so spacious with a lovely ambience. Perfectly located for walking through Melbourne, and along the river as well as walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Nothing is too much trouble in this hotel that such a luxurious feel. I highly recommend staying foe a few nights here.
