Palacio Duhau is an oasis in the city -- the buildings are gorgeous, the facilities superb, and the patios between the Palace and the Tower are a true haven. We stayed in a quiet, spacious, one-bedroom suite in the Palace and felt like royalty. The bed was dreamy, the bathroom vast and perfect, and housekeeping outstanding. Breakfast on the Piano Nobile was divine, and we especially enjoyed dinner at Duhau Restaurant, which offered a variety of selections and a superb, attentive, professional staff. Highly recommended.

I had an exceptional stay at the Park Hyatt Buenos Aires. The service was outstanding from beginning to end, with every member of the team making me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, but what truly set the experience apart is the level of care and attention throughout my stay. The team anticipated my needs and made everything feel effortless.

Had to switch rooms because of a plumbing leak. Both restaurants that have meals between 4pm and 6pm were either closed or unavailable. Concierge service was excellent. Very good breakfast. Rooms were neat and clean.

The historic architecture, impressive grounds, and beautifully maintained gardens create a setting that feels both elegant and relaxed. Our room was equally impressive, with thoughtful design, excellent amenities, and a level of comfort that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay. The food was outstanding. Every meal we had was beautifully prepared, with excellent ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and great attention to detail. It was clear that the culinary experience is an important part of the hotel. What stood out most was the consistency. The property is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the service is exceptional, but it is the combination of all three that makes Park Hyatt Duhau such a memorable hotel. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and we are very grateful to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely return to Buenos Aires and stay at Duhau again.

A great hotel with many amenities, and the absolute BEST customer service! Their staff from front to back were 10/10! In a world were customer service is not always great, it was a breath of fresh air to be treated so fabulously be every staff member there. Well worth the extra dollars. I highly recommend

Exceptional hotel! Would definitely return to stay again. Service went above and beyond. Restaurant was great for breakfast and the bar terrific for a nightcap. Cannot say more about this hotel.

Amazing memorable stay!! We loved this hotel’s location, amenities and service! Our room had a living space, bedroom, large closets and 2 bathrooms- it was spotless and the welcome wine and macarons were a bonus! We’d definitely recommend this place and we’d love to stay there again.

My wife and I found the staff to be friendly and courteous. The property was a nice balance between historic architecture and modern conveniences.

Amazingly beautiful facility with great food and service. The room was wonderful with a great bed and bathroom. During our vacation we stayed at five high end hotels. This was our favorite.
