We stayed at the Park Hyatt for three nights in mid-October while visiting for wedding planning, and we were thoroughly impressed with the resort, its beautiful grounds, and especially the wonderful staff! The rooms are spacious with stunning views, the pool areas are fantastic, with plenty of lounge chairs and attentive poolside service, and the entire property is beautifully maintained and immaculate. The food was delicious, and everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We had such a wonderful experience and cannot wait to return for the wedding! We’re so excited to share this beautiful resort and island with all of our family and friends. It truly is a special place!

The setting is stunning, with rolling hills and mountains sweeping down to the sea. The property itself is wonderfully peaceful, from the tranquil koi ponds at the entrance to the warm, helpful check-in at the front desk. It sits a little removed from everything else, so come ready to slow down and unwind. The adults-only infinity pool is a dream, and the main pool is spacious, with plenty of room for families and couples alike. Dining at the resort was enjoyable, though a bit pricey. We also found some excellent restaurants off property that were well worth the trip. The rooms at Park Hyatt are also spacious with awesome amenities and great views. Every member of the staff was genuinely attentive and accommodating. We have no complaints, only wishes that we had more time.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt St. Kitts and had a mixed experience. There were definitely some highlights, but overall, the stay did not meet our expectations given the amount of points and money we used for the visit. The resort itself is beautiful, and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the clean gym and the pools, which our kids absolutely loved. The staff were also very helpful with the kayaks and paddleboards, and we enjoyed being able to snorkel right from the resort and see a variety of fish. These were all great activities for our family. Dining was our biggest disappointment. While we understand that occasional delays happen, service was consistently slow throughout our stay. One dinner took nearly 3 hours, and it took about 45 minutes to receive two gin and tonics. Staff also seemed unfamiliar with the menu at times. Poolside lunches typically took 45–60 minutes, and we experienced several incorrect or missing items. The food itself was good, but there was not much variety, especially with only the pool bar and The Great House being open. There was also a significant amount of dried sargassum on the sand, as well as sargassum in the water. We understand that sargassum is a seasonal issue, but more frequent removal from the beach would have made the experience much more enjoyable. We ended up visiting Reggae Beach next door, which had no sargassum. We also had ants on our outdoor porch, which unfortunately made us reluctant to sit outside and enjoy the space. For dinner, Orchid Bay Beach Bar & Grill was an experience and, while expensive, had some of the best food we had on the island. Spice Mill and Boozie’s on the Beach were also good options outside the hotel and offered a more casual dining experience. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend taking the water ferry to Nevis and spending the day exploring the island. We especially enjoyed visiting Pinney’s Beach, where the calm, clean waters were perfect for the kids. It was also easy to snorkel and see plenty of fish, starfish, and clams right in the water. Stay for the sunset and enjoy dinner at the Four Seasons—it made for a wonderful day and was one of the highlights of our trip.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and I can't emphasize how friendly the staff is. I enjoyed my stay.

This just isn’t a great property. It’s very spread out, which requires a lot of walking. The beach is not good and has lots of sargassum. Food was mediocre and very expensive. Gym equipment was worn out with most treadmills unusable. Service was decent, but there was not much to deliver on. The rooms are pretty nice, but nothing spectacular considering the Park Hyatt brand and pricing. Our 7 and 10 year old said kids club was not fun at all and asked to leave after 1 hour. There were practically no activities when we went in August (which, I know, is end of season). If you’re going to St. Kitts and Nevis and considering this property, just go to the Four Seasons on Nevis. Infinitely nicer property and beach at a similar price point.

This resort is the true definition of luxury and paradise. We were blown away from the moment we arrived and were so sad to leave. What stood out the most to us was the staff. Every single person was SO kind and so nice! They truly made us all feel so welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. David and Alexis at the reception area were amazing during check in and check out! They always greeted us during our stay, offered recommendations, and genuinely wanted to know how our time on St. Kitts & Nevis was going. Jawald and Jonella at The Great House for dinner were amazing. They made us feel like family and spent extra time with us. They laughed with us and truly exceeded expectations. Alson, Melroy, and Ikish were the most amazing people and golf cart drivers! They didn’t let us lift a finger when it came to our luggage and they took special care of driving us around the resort. They were so kind and personable and made our experience that much more luxurious and enjoyable. Every single person we encountered at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts truly went above and beyond and there aren’t enough words to say about how much they meant to me and my friends!

We just returned from an incredible stay at the Park Hyatt St. Kitts, and I can't say enough good things about this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a special place — the grounds were immaculate, every corner beautifully maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome from start to finish. Check-in set the tone for the entire trip. Novellene at the front desk had us checked in quickly and even took a moment to engage with my son, giving him some fish food so he could feed the koi near the lobby. After a 6-hour flight, watching him light up with excitement was exactly what we needed. Breakfast each morning at the Great House was a genuine highlight — fresh, delicious, and something we looked forward to every day. The concierge team was equally wonderful, helping us book golf and pickleball lessons with zero hassle. The Sugar Mill Spa deserves special mention. I had a deep tissue sports massage with Yeshim that was nothing short of transformative — she worked out weeks of tension in my neck and shoulders, and I left feeling like a new person. Our son had an amazing time at the Camp Hyatt kids club at Island Fort, where Kenya took wonderful care of him — he couldn't wait to go back each day. Over at the Recreation hut, CJ was fantastic, helping us with pool floats and patiently guiding us through two pickleball lessons. One moment really stood out: my son lost his bucket hat on day two, and between security and housekeeping, it was found and returned to us that same day — no small feat at a resort this size with so many guests to look after. Park Hyatt St. Kitts is a true gem on the far side of the island. We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation and are already looking forward to going back.

It is ok. If anything I was underwhelmed, but not too many below average items except the dookie on the beach. It is a black-ish sand beach (valcanic) which is kind of neat, but a lot of seaweed which was not good. Our first walk on the beach my wife pointed out some clumps and asked "is that doo doo?" I tried to brush it off to keep everyone happy - "no, everything you see in the ocean is not poop!" The next morning we were swimming in the ocean and there is an unmistakable turd floating in the surf. I think these might be donkey or other animal feces. Anyway. Remember to ask yourself why there aren't a lot of good pictures of the beach - it is not only that there is a lot of seaweed and maybe some poop. There is a great view of Nevis, but the usable beach is small. The pool is nice and pretty great with the Nevis view. The restaurants are expensive and really overpriced for the value. You won't have many alternatives though. They know you are limited and you will be paying a lot even for a simple soda.

This resort is exquisite - pristine, well maintained and beautiful. As top-notch as that is, the staff exceeds that. Everyone we encountered was outstanding and went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy.

Everything was great, lovely location, staff amazing, the sea food soup was amazing and I really enjoyed the pool also i used the gym was great.
