The staff are amazingly friendly, professional, helpful and dapper! location is super convenient, the breakfast and the crew running it are top notch. We stayed 8 days and we never got tired of the breakfast buffet. Its crazy how consistently professional and attentive everyone was during our time. The metro line 2 is literally right outside of the entrance and it can take you to most places with transfers available on the line. We will be back next time we are in Seoul. The view on even the lowest floor is awesome. I actually prefer it on this hotel. Thank you to all of the wonderful staff members for a memorable experience. They took it above and beyond expectations.

If you stay nowhere else in Seoul, stay here! It is a haven of relaxation and calm after a day of sightseeing and commuting all day, and it's really hard to leave the hotel in the morning for the next day's activities! The service, the comfortable bed and abundant hydration available to Globalists is like your mom is taking care of you when you visit home.

Our stay at Park Hyatt Seoul felt exceptionally personalized, and we truly appreciated the care and hospitality we received throughout our visit. In particular, we would like to recognize Anna Jeong at the front desk, who made a lasting impression on us. From the moment we arrived, Anna was genuinely attentive to the reason for our stay and took the time to explain everything we needed to know, including the elevator situation. She personally walked us to the elevator and made sure we knew that if there was anything we needed, we should not hesitate to ask for assistance. Her warmth and earnestness immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for. The rooms themselves are absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and complemented by the high ceilings and Le Labo bath products, which happen to be my favorite. As an Amex Fine Hotels + Resorts guest, my fiancée ultimately decided that she would prefer a different room. We contacted Anna the following day, and she immediately organized the room exchange and personally assisted us with transferring all of our luggage. Her willingness to go above and beyond was truly appreciated. We also noticed that the exceptional service extended well beyond Anna. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, attentive, and professional. One detail that particularly stood out was seeing staff proactively press the “up” or “down” elevator button for guests before the elevator arrived. I have never experienced that level of anticipation of a guest’s needs before, and it was a small but meaningful touch. We also noticed the housekeeping staff greeting guests, as well as hotel staff carrying luggage choosing to take the stairs rather than occupy the elevator when possible. These may seem like small details, but they demonstrated a genuine awareness of the guest experience and a desire to make the hotel feel comfortable and seamless. My fiancée is also a hotel auditor, so she naturally notices many of these operational details, and she was particularly impressed by the consistency of the service and the small touches throughout the property. Overall, Anna Jeong truly made our experience wonderful, but she was also representative of what we experienced from the entire Park Hyatt Seoul team. The combination of beautiful accommodations, thoughtful service, and genuine attention to detail made our stay feel very special. We are incredibly grateful and look forward to returning to Park Hyatt Seoul in the future.

Although the elevator system—presumably in place for security—was inconvenient, everything else was excellent. In particular, the service provided by the staff was outstanding; I have never experienced such friendly hospitality anywhere else in the world.

Park Hyatt Seoul is a great hotel. Excellent service and rooms in a great location. You get what you pay for. Oboy tjing that could be improved is the rom service food. It was not bad but good be better.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Seoul. What stood out most was the attentive and sincere service from staff members throughout the hotel. From check-in to the restaurants and other areas of the hotel, everyone we encountered was genuinely warm, professional, and thoughtful. The service never felt forced or overly formal. Instead, the staff had a way of anticipating our needs while still giving us space to relax, which made us feel extremely comfortable throughout our stay. As a World of Hyatt member, I also really appreciated the recognition and benefits we received. Everything was handled smoothly, and the overall experience made us feel genuinely valued as returning Hyatt guests. We also enjoyed our time at Cornerstone. The food was fresh and well prepared, and the attentive and friendly service made breakfast particularly enjoyable. Overall, what made Park Hyatt Seoul memorable was not simply the beautiful hotel or its amenities, but the people. The genuine hospitality and consistent attention to detail made our stay relaxing and special. We would gladly return on our next visit to Seoul.
