For three unforgettable days, Park Hyatt Siem Reap gathers Cambodia’s most influential culinary talents for a celebration of Khmer gastronomy.

Discover creations from the chef behind a cookbook crowned “Best in the World”, alongside internationally trained chefs who have worked with Michelin-starred masters and helped redefine contemporary Cambodian dining.

Across a series of exclusive experiences, ancient recipes, regional flavors and indigenous ingredients are reimagined through refined technique, bold creativity and deeply personal storytelling.

Heritage Series: Japanese Artistry

Park Hyatt Chicago presents HERITAGE SERIES: Japanese Artistry, an intimate omakase experience bringing together contemporary artist Dwight Hwang and the traditions of Japanese hospitality.

Throughout the evening, Hwang's exhibition is transformed from gallery to table as select seafood featured on the menu is created into contemporary gyotaku art — a traditional Japanese printmaking technique dating back to the mid-1800s, originally used by fishermen to document their catches before photography.

Bringing together Dwight Hwang, NoMI's culinary team, and House of Suntory Brand Ambassador Davey Jones, the experience features live gyotaku demonstrations, a six-course seasonal omakase, curated beverage pairings, and a live vinyl soundtrack inspired by Japan's iconic listening bars.

Each guest will also receive a hand-signed gyotaku print created exclusively for the evening.

A Moment in Time | The Final Chapter

This November, Masters of Food & Wine concludes with its final chapter, welcoming Executive Chef Jimmy Wei of Park Hyatt Hangzhou for an exclusive culinary collaboration with Head Chef Eng Soon Yeo at Yú Gé at Park Hyatt London River Thames. Celebrated for his innovative approach to Hangzhou cuisine and refined craftsmanship, Chef Jimmy will present a specially curated menu inspired by the rich flavours and heritage of the region.

With over eight years leading the Dining Room at Park Hyatt Hangzhou, Chef Jimmy has earned recognition including the Le Cordon Bleu Global Gourmet Chef Par Excellence title and a place among Forbes China 30 Chefs.

Chef Jimmy will be in residence from November 11-15, 2026 with select dishes from the collaboration menu available until November 22.

Held beneath the stars in the hotel’s historic Rose Courtyard, The Farmers’ Feast will bring together exceptional local producers for a long-table dinner inspired by the best of the season.

Guests will experience a five-course menu created by Executive Chef, Mohamed Abdell in collaboration with some of the region’s very best producers, including Majura Valley Farm, Jarrabin Farm, Home Soil and ScantilyTravelled, with each course showcasing the character, quality and provenance of the ingredients.
