Pet Policy
Rules for bringing pets into the hotel:
- The hotel offers only garden-view rooms as pet-friendly accommodations.
- We accept dogs but do not currently accept other pets.
- The dog must be small or medium-size with a weight that does not exceed 15 kilograms. Only one dog permitted in a room.
- Please provide the pet’s registration certificate and vaccination certificate at check-in.
- In addition to a nightly pet fee of CNY 500 per night, per pet, we charge a cleaning deposit of CNY 1,000 that will be refunded after the hotel confirms there’s no damage to the room.
- Basic training for the dog is required so there is no inconvenience to other guests, including incessant barking, jumping on others and damaging others’ property or belongings.
Rules for using pet-friendly rooms:
- Do not leave the pet alone in the room and please avoid leaving inside during room cleaning.
- Do not use the bathtub to bathe the pet.
- Please ensure the pet does not damage the hotel’s buildings, furniture, facilities or other items. In case of damage, guests shall be liable for corresponding compensation.
- If guests take the pet out for activities, please pay attention to surrounding cars and other vehicles to prevent accidents. Please collect excrement and place it in the trash can if the pet defecates in public areas.
- Please avoid grooming pet’s fur in public areas. Any fur shed by pet in public areas must be cleaned up.
- Except for service dogs, do not take the pet to the gym or swimming pool. Please use a leash when entering or exiting the hotel to avoid inconvenience to others.
- Please put the “Pet in Room” sign on the door when the pet is in the room.
- Please take good care of the pet as personal property. If it gets lost, the hotel can assist in searching but will not take responsibility.
