We had a wonderful 11-night stay at the Park Hyatt Mendoza. The location is great, right in the heart of the city and easy to get around from. The staff were top notch, friendly and knowledgeable, and the manager, Lucas, was especially helpful. As a World of Hyatt Globalist, we very much appreciated the upgrade to a Governor's Suite, and we enjoyed being there for the hotel's 25th anniversary. Congratulations! The concierge team, especially Natasha, went above and beyond, quickly arranging an airport transfer for us on short notice, even after we had checked out. Two small suggestions: the interior and furnishings are showing their age and could use a refresh, and the breakfast buffet had few options for guests who don't eat pork. The smoked salmon benedict was a welcome choice, and a non-pork meat on the buffet would help. Overall, the people made our stay, and we would happily return.
My mom and I had another wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Mendoza! The entire staff was consistently welcoming and super helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the location can’t be beat. We are already looking forward to our next

A top class hotel in every respect with very good staff in all areas. Breakfast buffet and à la carte options and the service in the balcony bar were both excellent.

Unfortunately, one has to lower expectations to come to this hotel. It’s not your typical Park Hyatt. Service is mid and food is underwhelming. Spa is the only thing worth coming for if you want to relax. Rooms are old and need upgrades and upkeep. Location is prime if yo want to walk around though. My brother was offered a baby extra bed which he did not fit. After complaining, something was arranged. Hyatt should lower this hotel to a Hyatt Regency instead of a Park Hyatt.

Beautifully renovated hotel on a quiet block in a vibrant part of Recoleta. Very helpful and welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful restaurant space. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and service. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was concerned about the casino but it was in the back so it did not interfere with the hotel. I highly recommend.

The Park Hyatt is a beautiful hotel, centrally located, with fabulous breakfast offerings, but the real star is their service. The staff is what really makes this property shine.
