Drink service was very slow. TV system was the most annoying exercise in frustration ever experienced with a remote. Be prepared to chromecast from your phone or computer.

Terrible TV system and slow beverage service

Excellent stay at The park Hyatt Mendoza. The property’s location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Plaza Independencia, great restaurants, cafés, and shops. It made exploring Mendoza incredibly easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing or wine tasting. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone wanting convenience, comfort, and a prime location in Mendoza.

Excellent Stay

What a beautiful hotel! We called this hotel the white house during our stay because it really did feel like we were VIP with the grand entrance, high ceilings, expansive lobby and bar, large courtyard in the back for kids to play. The pool is a little small for the size of the hotel, but that wasn't a big deal. The location is great too! Everything is walkable and there's a nice park across the street.

You won't be disappointed!

Excellent stay - service was top notch, hotel is very nice, clean and in a perfect location. Staff extremely helpful and the rooms are lovely. My only feedback is that the breakfast was a bit lacking (poor variety, especially for non-pork eaters) and the gym was quite basic - not much modern equipment. The pool is also very small. But we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Mendoza

Very nice hotel that is well located in the Mendoza city center. The front desk staff were super in allowing us to check in early. And in general the staff were super helpful. The facilities--bedroom, pool, gym, restaurant--are solid. On the negative side the design of the bedroom door allows for some noise to filter in from the hallway, and in general the hotel looks like it is getting to that part of the life cycle where it needs a refresh. Nonetheless, a solid place. I would stay there again.

Solid 4 star hotel

It was a lovely place to spend Christmas Eve. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the evening buffet was excellent. It fully met the expectations I have for a hotel of this caliber.

Lovely holiday experience

Normally you can count on a Park Hyatt to be a reliable, solid experience. Sadly that was not the case here. Room was very dated with multiple issues. For instance, water stayed pooled on the shower floor 1/4" deep, meaning that when you went back you had to step in cold water to get to the controls and get some hot water going. No coffee pods in the room, and first morning when I called to get some, they still hadn't arrived 30 minutes later.  It wasn't terrible, but it did not live up to Park Hyatt expectations at all. This was a three-star hotel at best, other than the great location and facade.

Beautiful hotel in prime location.  Staff members were exceptional...courteous, professional and eager to please.  Worked hard to anticipate our needs and deliver a top notch experience

Exceptional stay

Great location on the plaza and an easy walk to several better restaurants.  However, Menodza province is vast so dir ing distances between the hotel and sites/vineyards of interest are challening.  If you rent a car the Hyatt garage set up is very convenient to come/go as you please.  Unlike the US they don't charge extra to park the car.  Staff are super freindly and helpful.  They are the berst part of staying here.

A great choice to stay in town - very helpful staff

Perfect central location in Mendoza - after a week in the Uco valley I stayed one night to catch flights the next day.  The staff is amazing - kind beyond words.
