An absolutely perfect stay at the Park Hyatt in Marrakech. The service from the front desk check in, to the concierge, the spa, the pool assistance and all the staff at the restaurants was absolutely perfection. The attention to service and detail was unmatched. Quality of the food and spa service (Thank You Hajar) were fabulous. No notes, just perfect!

Incredible view, food, and service!! Would go there every weekend. Genuinely the bathroom and shower is one the best perks of the place.

Signage, driving in was pretty much absent. With the peculiar state of the roads the last kilometer - had to stop and clarify I was on the right road. No signage anywhere. Strange for such a grand venue. Rooms were good though lacking a little in maintenance. Food, was sad at best. You guys need a new chef to bring your food up to par.

The best 5 star resort we've ever stayed in. The staff go above and beyond, the location is superb; far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the medina yet close enough to get stuck into the atmosphere of the old town. All the facilities were amazing, the staff were super attentive and the food was incredible. The only slight critism that I had was that when staying half board, water wasn't included within this and when offered water at the start of each meal, that was then being added to the bill. That and the fact that a hotel shuttle too and from the old town would be a superb addition to the hotel's facilities and make the stay so much more convieniant, rather than having to contstantly get a taxi when wanting to leave the hotel.

My new favorite property in the whole world! We knew to expect a nice experience being that this is the top tier of the Hyatt brand, but they went above and beyond! We even created a tagline “the Park Hyatt (Marrakesch) would never!” That we used frequently at other 5 and 4 star hotels we stayed at afterwards. This property was our first stop on a three week vacation in multiple countries and no one else could even compare. Besides a beautiful space, it was The service and people who make this property so special. There is no request too big or small and they are so gracious to help and make you feel comfortable. Even though it is about 20 min outside the city center, it is worth any distance to stay here again. We look forward to coming back and staying longer!

World-Class Service with staff members going above and beyond expectations. The garden, the room, the atmosphere and the breakfast were all great.

We have stayed at 40+ Hyatt Resorts, worlwide, including Park, Grand, Regency, Alila, Andaz, Miraval and more. This was by far our favorite. We traveled with our 2 sons, ages 3 and 5, and they hugged staff members as we left. They loved this property. Everything from the pool to the food to the kids club. Our kids are pretty picky eaters but the colorful food and flavors had them finishing every bite. I thought they would be nervous to be at the kids club but after picking them up for lunch they couldn't wait to get back. The attendant was more than a staff member, she was their friend by the end of 2 days. The duty manager was incredibly kind and always checking in on us. The pool staff helped us track down some sunscreen. The bartender made amazing drinks and even comped us one when my wife and I had some time away from the kids. All in all, My family can't wait to come back and as a globalist with hundreds of nights at Hyatt properties I can't recommend this one enough.
