Lovely hotel, great breakfast and wonderful location. We had an amazing view our downtown and the lake from our suite. The suite was very roomy for a family of 4. Will definitely stay here again when back in Chicago.

Absolutely exceptional customer service - from the receptionist to the doorman to the bartender. Very clean, spacious, helpful. Staff went above and beyond for everything.

Have used this hotel on a few occasions and it never disappoints. Great gym and restaurant but the rooms are what take the hotel to the next level. The ambient lighting, the amazing showers, quality linens, and the separate water closet. All tastefully appointed.

The staff were incredible and the rooms were hi tech and luxurious. Conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a very nice stay. Enjoyed the room where the jacuzzi wall pulled back and had a view of the Chicago skyline. Front desk, resturant, room service….it was all excellent service.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it was truly a lovely experience. We were upgraded to a king deluxe with lake view room which had a lovely view overlooking the old city water tower and the lake. All of the staff were professional and kind and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was beautiful, the soaking tub was so nice, we loved the bench in the window and sat there in the evening looking down on the streets below. Breakfast at NoMi was superb, they did not miss a beat, we ate there four times and everything was delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, just wish that area was a little larger or offered more wellness options as far as the pools. The changing rooms were well appointed with robes, slippers, shaving kits, and shower caps in the lockers. Truly just a lovely hotel in the heart of downtown.

I booked a Globalist Free night award stay, but then had to cancel late afternoon on the day of arrival due to a family situation. I thought I would forfeit the award night, but my surprise it was credited back to my account and I was able to use it the next night when my family situation was resolved. The rooms are lovely, functionally very well planned, and the location of the hotel is great. Breakfast at NoMi was good as well. The service was excellent, and the Concierge even had a special welcome amenity waiting in our room since we were celebrating a special event, even though we rebooked at very short notice. Overall, definitely a place that I would return to.

Great service, fantastic food and cocktails. Staff very attentive, kind and with warm service. Hotel quick to honor requests and were all very welcoming to us during our stay. Location was also wonderful with alot of places within walking distance

Truly a five star experience. Exceptional service of friendly staff. Valet parking with in and out privileges is worth the cost. Recently upgraded room is modern in decor and technology, with the highest quality materials used, most comfortable beds, and fantastic bathroom. We had room on a third floor, loved having terrace with a view of Water Tower. Our new favorite hotel in Chicago.
