By creating a vertical world—multiple, layered spaces connected by a central spiral journey—we make the guest constantly feel like they are discovering something new, moving from the ground's formality into the air's freedom. You don't just sit down; you embark on a personal journey of discovery. The space is engineered to facilitate both grand celebrations and quiet, meaningful conversations simultaneously. It's a house party on a massive scale where all are welcome.

THE FLYING ELEPHANT is an EMBER HOUSE which is a five-level dining destination that explores the primal essence of cooking with fire. Each level is dedicated to a distinct grilling tradition from around the world, with chefs showcasing live-fire techniques in immersive environments. A modern yet rustic dining venue that specializes in fire-based cooking—open flames, ember roasting, smoking, charring, and grilling. The menu is rooted in ancient cooking techniques but elevated with modern flavors and presentation.
Cocktail Philosophy – Elements of Life
The central bar, 'The Den,' acts as the anchor—it’s where journeys begin and end, naturally forcing interactions. Our cocktail menu is inspired by the ancient philosophy of the four classical elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air — the forces that sustain life and shape experience. Just as these elements create balance in nature, they form the foundation of our mixology program. Each drink is a tribute to an element, crafted with ingredients chosen not only for flavor but for their deeper symbolism, memory, and transformative character. Earth brings grounding herbaceous notes, Fire sparks warmth and spice, Water flows with coastal freshness and minerality, while Air lifts with lightness, effervescence, and floral finesse.
