We have a wide variety of venues to suit your special day, with total capacity for up to 1,400 guests.
Can we customize the menu?
Yes. Combining curated local dishes and Western cuisine, our expert chefs will craft personalized menus according to your tastes and dietary requirements.
Do you have a dedicated Bridal Suite?
Located close to the main ballroom, our luxurious Bridal Suite features a separate living room, private bedroom and stunning views. It provides a suitably romantic and intimate backdrop for your special day.
Where are the best photo spots at Park Hyatt Jakarta?
With its modern décor and luxurious design, there are many photogenic spots to explore at Park Hyatt Jakarta. We can certainly recommend the Library for sophisticated backdrops, our iconic spiral staircase for dramatic portraits, the glamorous chandelier wall on the ground floor for group shots, the crystal concourse in the Residences, and our elegant KITA Bar for vibrant, fun-filled moments together.
If we bring our own beverages, how much is the corkage fee?
The normal corkage charge is IDR 500k++ per bottle, although a special rate of IDR 10 million++ per 30 bottles is provided for your convenience.
Where is the venue for afterparties, and how long is it open?
You are welcome to host your afterparty in any one of our private function rooms (until 11.30 PM), or KITA Bar and The Bar are both open until 1.00 AM.
When can we assemble the decorations and equipment needed for our event?
We can guarantee any loading time from 00:00 (12 AM) onwards on the day of your event. We will endeavor to accomodate any earlier scheduling requests (depending on availability), and will inform you as soon as possible if this is feasible.
Is there a special rate for room bookings if I hold an event at Park Hyatt Jakarta?
Yes, we are able to offer a special group room rate for in-house events. Please contact our sales team for further details.
Is the screen projector already included in the meeting package?
Yes, one screen (3m x 4m) and one projector are already included in the meeting package.
