Great location and beautiful hotel. It was first visit to Beijing and don't think we would stay anywhere else. Huge plus to be at subway station and above a shopping center with additional dining options.

Great location with stunning views from the rooms, restaurants and even the washrooms. Close to the China World Mall which is accessible directly via underground passages. The reception is in the 63rd floor, the bar and breakfast area even higher. Everything is in top notch condition and very luxurious.

Great location in Beijing! The hotel is great with large room and excellent view. I really enjoy the huge restroom and bath. Hotel has a large and clean swimming pool

Breakfast is also wonderful and the Beijing yogurt is highly recommended.

5 days in Beijing

Premium location with luxury rooms. 
A plethora of restaurants and points of interest around. 
Close to subway and public transportation. 
There is a nice nightclub inside the building if that's desired.

Good hotel stays for every reason.

Not a five star hotel and not worth the price. This hotel does not live up to Park Hyatt name. It's a standard four star business hotel. Nice rooms, city view, and housekeeping. Poor overall service. Little English spoken. My experience was that they couldn't control room temperature. My room was 27c when it was 8c outside. They didn't really know how to respond to that issue in a way you expect from such an expensive hotel.

Look elsewhere

The Park Hyatt Beijing is simply FANTASTIC.  You must engage with Patrick in concierge for the ultinate expereince. Not only will I go back, I will tell and recommend to everyone that I know to go to this most wonderful city of Beijing and stay at perhaps the best hotel that theyve ever staayed at.

THe ultimate Beijing experience

Most everything at the Hotel was as expected superior in quality and service: the room was comfortable and spacious and the elevators operated with expediency (almost a floor a second).
The only thing which was underwhelming was the breakfast offering- the staff was perfect but the food was less than expected in the bread, cheese and pastry department.

Friendly staffs and a prime location in the heart of the city

I stayed at Park Hyatt Beijing for just one night, and that was enough. My room was upgraded, which I appreciated, but the rest of the experience was frustrating.

The restaurant was packed with guests in the morning. I didn’t bother waiting for the complimentary breakfast or fighting through the crowd — it looked more like a free-for-all than a luxury hotel meal. The club access offered by the guest experience manager wasn’t appealing either, since it was also full of people. All I wanted was a quiet place for my staycation, and that clearly wasn’t possible.

The lifts were another headache — long waits, full cars, and multiple trips before I could even get in. To make matters worse, when I came back from breakfast outside the hotel, I found a maid in my room after 11am. asking if I had laundry. I was checking out later that day, so I have no idea why she was there or why she gave me that excuse.

The only positives were the friendly lady who checked me in and the effort (whatever it was) from the guest experience manager. But overall, the hotel feels overbooked and overcrowded, unable to handle the number of guests it accepts. For the price and the brand name, I expected better. Don’t bother to be there on weekends.

Overcrowded and Not Worth the Hype

Excellent experience at the Park Hyatt in Beijing. I was continuously impressed with the service from everyone across the hotel. The room was in perfect condition and room service has an eye for detail. I appreciated the blackout curtains for best sleep. Breakfast is superb with options for all tastes.
