Despite having stayed in over 50 Hyatt properties around the world, this was our first stay at the Park Hyatt in our home of almost 20 years here in Beijing. My wife and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary, and the experience was perfect. The room had an impressive view of the CCTV Building ("Big Underwear"), the pool was incredible, and dinner on the 66th floor was worth it. Our server even mentioned we would earn extra Hyatt points, which made the 800+ RMB bill even more palatable! Definitely worth the investment.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Convenient location with lots of restaurants and not too far from the city center via car. So comfortable and clean. Staff is also so helpful.

Restaurant service should be improved . All the services are very good, especially the room service. I really appreciate the cleaning lady.

Traveling with our 8-year-old daughter, we were especially impressed by the genuine hospitality and attention to detail demonstrated by the entire team. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. Whether assisting with luggage, holding doors, or helping us with the elevators, the service always felt sincere and thoughtful rather than routine. One gesture that particularly stood out was from the housekeeping team. After noticing that we were traveling with a young child, they thoughtfully brought several small floating bath toys for our daughter to enjoy during bath time. It was a simple gesture, but it made a lasting impression and showed how attentive the team is to guests’ needs. The hotel itself offers an elegant atmosphere, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service throughout. The combination of luxury, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay truly memorable.

This hotel is well situated and very upscale with one serious flaw. Guests cannot set the thermostat below 20 degrees, and the hotel room frequently did not even achieve that level of coolness. This should not be the hotel's policy. Indeed, it was the only upscale hotel we stayed in that restricted the thermostat to that 20 degree (Celsius) figure. All the others permitted a setting as low as 18.5 degrees (or even lower). So, I cannot recommend staying here unless you like to sleep in a room that is not sufficiently cool.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The view of the cctv building was good, breakfast had classic Beijing native foods, and hotel service was superb. Additionally, the rooms bathroom situation is kind of interesting so it might not be ideal with share with family other than your significant other but the amenities were great.

This is my second time visiting this hotel, but I was a bit disappointed this time as there was no room upgrade, not even to a corner room. In addition, the restaurant during breakfast was very noisy. There were many kids running around and making noise as if it were a playground, which was a bit annoying, to be honest.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting Beijing with my family. The hotel is very well located in the Central Business District and is conveniently connected to a large shopping mall with plenty of shops and great restaurants, which made everything very easy for our trip. We chose this hotel as our base while visiting the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, and the Great Wall, and it worked out very well. The location was convenient, the suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast offerings were excellent, even though our sightseeing schedule was so tight that we did not get to enjoy them as much as we would have liked. We also had a wonderful meal at the Chinese restaurant on the lobby level. The food was delicious and felt authentically Chinese, with excellent flavors and careful preparation. It was a very enjoyable dining experience for our family and added even more to the overall quality of our stay. What truly made the stay stand out, however, was the service. The staff were outstanding and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Legorie, in particular, was exceptional. She was hospitable, professional, and incredibly attentive. We were especially grateful that she was able to confirm our Suite Upgrade Award months before our stay. She also anticipated our family’s needs, shared helpful recommendations for sightseeing in Beijing, and went above and beyond to assist us. One evening, when we found ourselves stranded at a restaurant after dinner, she kindly helped arrange a cab for us and even paid the fare upfront, which I later reimbursed. The hotel also thoughtfully provided a complimentary bottle of wine for my wife’s birthday, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a memorable stay, and we would gladly return.

Great location and beautiful hotel. It was first visit to Beijing and don't think we would stay anywhere else. Huge plus to be at subway station and above a shopping center with additional dining options.

Great location with stunning views from the rooms, restaurants and even the washrooms. Close to the China World Mall which is accessible directly via underground passages. The reception is in the 63rd floor, the bar and breakfast area even higher. Everything is in top notch condition and very luxurious.
