I stayed at Park Hyatt Beijing for just one night, and that was enough. My room was upgraded, which I appreciated, but the rest of the experience was frustrating. The restaurant was packed with guests in the morning. I didn’t bother waiting for the complimentary breakfast or fighting through the crowd — it looked more like a free-for-all than a luxury hotel meal. The club access offered by the guest experience manager wasn’t appealing either, since it was also full of people. All I wanted was a quiet place for my staycation, and that clearly wasn’t possible. The lifts were another headache — long waits, full cars, and multiple trips before I could even get in. To make matters worse, when I came back from breakfast outside the hotel, I found a maid in my room after 11am. asking if I had laundry. I was checking out later that day, so I have no idea why she was there or why she gave me that excuse. The only positives were the friendly lady who checked me in and the effort (whatever it was) from the guest experience manager. But overall, the hotel feels overbooked and overcrowded, unable to handle the number of guests it accepts. For the price and the brand name, I expected better. Don’t bother to be there on weekends.

Excellent experience at the Park Hyatt in Beijing. I was continuously impressed with the service from everyone across the hotel. The room was in perfect condition and room service has an eye for detail. I appreciated the blackout curtains for best sleep. Breakfast is superb with options for all tastes.

The hotel is stunning. The room was stylish, modern and large. Breakfast was delicious and copious. The view from the room was breathtaking. Very nice gym and steam room. This is truly a top notch high end hotel I would not hesitate to go back.

Applied suite upgrade award and received the suite with the best CBD view. The skyline view was fantastic and unforgettable. The bathtub was HUGE, with my favorite Le Labo Bergamote 22 amenities. The hotel located close to a metro station, providing convenient transportation to tourist attractions or needs for commuting. The breakfast was descent; having breakfast at the top floor with sunshine was enjoyable.

We keep returning to the Park Hyatt because of its exceptional quality and attention to detail. We loved it even before becoming parents, but now with a toddler, we appreciate it on an entirely new level. The room design is not only elegant but also thoughtfully child-friendly—rounded tables and smooth edges made it a safe and comfortable space for our little one. The interior design is both refreshing and refined, making each stay a true pleasure.

Upon arrival at the hotel, I was assisted by Derick at Front Desk Office who helped me to check-in for the stay. He is efficient and proactive in offering advice on the benefits and sharing the facilities of the hotel given that this is my first stay with the hotel. The room is spacious, neat and clean, though there are parts of the room that is showing signs of wear and tear. I had a good night sleep with the comfortable bed. During my stay, Sara from the house-keeping department ensures that my room is always keep neat and clean for a good rest. She is considerate and proactively checks in with me if I am in the room, on a convenient time for me to clean the room so as to minimise inconvenience to me. Breakfast is held at the China Grill Restaurant at Level 66. It offers a panoramic view of Beijing city. Breakfast can get busy on weekends but service is good. Food quality is great though the breakfast options can be a little limited as compared to other Beijing hotels that I have previously stayed in. The staff at the ground level is very helpful with directions and assistance with booking of taxis / luggage. In particular, I was delighted with the service provided by Kevin. Whenever there is guests entering or exiting the hotel, he makes it a point to greet and assists. I was expecting a delivery of item and he went out of the way to locate the item and delivered it to my room even though I have informed the front desk that I could collect it on my own. On another occasion, it was raining very heavily and he proactively offered me an umbrella to stay dry. Overall, my stay was a pleasant one despite the hardware in the hotel room showing signs of wear and tear and on some occasions that staff did not appear to be friendly when i was passing by the hotel lobby floor as it tends to get very busy with people busy taking pictures there or waiting for people. Location wise, it is very convenient given that the subway Line 1 and Line 10 are below the hotel and connected to the mall.

I really enjoyed my stay. Good restaurant, good swimming pool, good gym, fantastic room view. I also liked fitness program on TV. Every morning I started doing 15 minutes workout. Thanks for the staff who gave me the city map that shows the location of hotel. It saved my life while finding my way back to hotel.

Excellent hotel with nice views. Spacious, clean, comfortable & modern rooms. Great guest service, good amenities & convenient location with malls and subway just within a stone throw. It's just PARK HYATT STANDARD! Highly recommended!

Barely meet 5 start standard overall.. bed is comfortable and service response generally good. But amenities is beginning to feel aged.. breakfast experience NOT 5-star. Soup noodles pre- cooked and fresh juices with limited availability. Instead you get commercial premix.
