Resort Fee

Hotel rooms will be assessed a mandatory nightly resort fee of $55 (subject to change). The fee covers a variety of services and amenities including:

• Premium wireless internet
• Two bottles of water in guest room daily
• Village Connect dial-a-ride service to dining and activities within Beaver Creek Village gates
• Private GMC Transportation to golf and dining within Beaver Creek Village gates
• Use of state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor heated pool and whirlpools
• Access to mountain and hiking trails
• Indoor and outdoor games and activities including family arcade, table tennis, cornhole and family board games
• Access to outdoor children’s playground
• Daily s’mores kits for use at the resort fire pits
• Daily local newspaper delivery on request
• Lending library books for all ages
• Electric vehicle charging station use
• Preferred tee times at the private Beaver Creek Golf Course and Red Sky Ranch
• Seasonal live outdoor entertainment and movies on the Village Green
• Seasonal outdoor yoga and dance classes on the Village Green
• Daily house-made cookies in the Village (seasonal)
• Bike storage/valet service and overnight storage/air fill/wash
• Courtesy ski valet services and skier’s lounge
• Bike valet (summer)
• Guided hikes on Beaver Creek Mountain
• Seasonal beverage pop-up events every Friday

Pet Policy

Your four-legged dog family member is welcome at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa. We welcome up to two dogs weighing up to 70 pounds each, per guest room. A one-time, nonrefundable $150 fee applies. We ask dogs to stay leashed for their safety when walking around the resort. We welcome guests with disabilities traveling with their service animals. Service animals are not pets and are not subject to this Pet Policy. For more information, please contact the hotel.

Smoking Policy

Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is a 100% smoke-free property. A cleaning fee of $500 per day will apply to any documented violations.

Rollaway Bed Policy

A rollaway bed may be reserved in advance of arrival in King Rooms only, based on availability, for a nightly fee of $55 per rollaway + tax.

Any packages that arrive more than 3 days before arrival will be charged an additional $5 early storage fee. Any long-term guest who stays with us (15+ nights) will be allowed 5 packages to be received complimentary and then charged 50% of standard pricing.

Check-In/Checkout Policy

Check-in is 4 p.m. Checkout is 11 a.m.

Method of Payment

All reservations require a valid credit card to be present at the time of check-in. It will need to be authorized for the full room and tax, plus an additional $150 per night for any incidentals. If the reservation is prepaid, a credit card is still required and will be authorized for $150 per night for incidentals. Cash payments are not accepted at this time.
