Beautiful, modern hotel with excellent amenities, clean facilities, great location, and friendly staff. Large run of house rooms, separate rooms for toilet and bath, patios on each rooms, comfortable beds and bedding - were all highlights of our stay!

Had the best experience at the Hyatt, everything to a high standard, staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We were upgraded at check-in which was such a lovely surprise, and the room was fabulous, with amazing harbour and city views.

The best experience

Park Hyatt Auckland is a very special hotel. The location is perfect right on the water overlooking Waitemata Harbour - a great area to walk and explore with many restaurants and a great theatre within easy walking distance. The rooms are so luxurious, and the service is impeccable. The restaurants are a real stand out. The breakfast at Onemata is sublime, and the coffee and scrumptious food to go at the Pantry are a great option.

Fabulous Upscale Hotel on the Harbour

It's a big beautiful hotel.  AND right in the middle of everything Auckland.  We loved having the marina and water right in view!

Clean Room, Delightful Stay, Great Location

An outstanding experience in every way.  Park Hyatt Auckland is a special experience.  While it's certainly highly priced t stay, the value is there.  We loved the  excuse to stay there, it was our 42nd wedding anniversary, and had a marvellous time.

Luxury

An immaculately clean hotel, with friendly employees, a Dynamit breakfast buffet. Much attention to detail. The 25 meter lap pool is a great asset for someone who likes to swim.

Better than expected

Very good hotel with comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Really liked the breakfast and restaurant as well. In all very positive experience!

Lives up to the hype

Very impressed with the Park Hyatt hotel. It's in a great location, spacious room, very helpful staff and the hotel resident dog brilliant idea.
