The hotel is in an awesome location. The staff was unfriendly and check-in / out experience took a long time. The bathroom was small. My hotel run was worn down. Light switches and walls were obviously dirty.

Ambience in the resort was excellent, staff st the swim bar were next to none. Housekeeping, our room was immaculate every day

Amazing trip! Hyatt regency has a great location, room, friendly staff and provided beach chairs/ boogie boards. Beach was busy but great and directly across the street from hotel. Club access is worth it here and was fantastic!

Location was perfect. The view was spectacular. Lots to do within walking distance. Comfortable and wonderful experience.

great location. Perfect in the middle of the action. Perfect location for those doing tours as pick up is on the KOA side by the green awning. bigger than it appears dont be fooled. The room was dated but bearable. ABC stores on the bottom floor there are two. right across from beach. Check in was easy no issues sent us a box of chocolates as we were celebrating our anniversary. wrist bands available to open doors , you will receive a key card as well. Overall good stay I recommend.

The Hyatt Regency Waikiki had the best locations and all the amenities you could ask for it is located right in front of the Duke statue and was so easy to walk across to the beach each morning.

We went on a great trip with family and friends to Waikiki, and the Hyatt Regency was a wonderful place to stay. KJ and the team were extremely welcoming, and we loved that the pool had beach chairs, sand toys, and even boogie boards to borrow to use at the beach. The location is so convenient that this was our second stay here.

Best hotel in Waikiki!! Thatʻs why I keep coming back again and again!! Fantastic views, nice pool and hot tub. Valet parking is expensive but makes staying here easy.

Beautiful Resort and great location. Employees were friendly and helpful. Had an amazing time. Can't wait to go again.

great location and beautifu view at waikiki beach on balcony room. restaurant and shopping closed. highly recommend and I will be stay again when visit honolulu.
