We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance. A valid credit card and deposit are required at the time of booking.

You may schedule activities upon your arrival; however, particularly for spa treatments and other signature experiences, it’s best to pre-book with your Experience Planner.

We recommend booking at least 3-6 weeks before your arrival to ensure optimal availability.

Because Shura Island is naturally isolated, we provide airport transportation from Red Sea International Airport to ensure a seamless arrival.

While we understand that pets are beloved family members, unfortunately, no pets are allowed at Miraval The Red Sea.

Pack light with breathable items for warm days and layers for cool evenings. Don’t forget swimwear, yoga attire, sun screen and other preferred items. We provide luxurious spa robes and slippers to enjoy throughout your stay.

For overnight guests, check-in begins at 3 pm. Check-out is at noon.

Our onsite dining facilities and restaurants are open from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm.

Our boutique is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The Life in Balance Spa is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The BMC is open 24 hours a day for all your fitness needs.

Our tranquil infinity pool overlooks the Red Sea and is open from 8 am to sunset each day.

Nothing is more important to us than keeping you safe. Miraval security staff routinely patrol the resort property. Should you have any concerns, please dial the resort operator. 

All Miraval staff are required to identify themselves by department name prior to entering a guest room. 

For maximum security and privacy, please activate your room’s deadbolt. 

If you see or hear any suspicious activity, please report your observations to management. 

Please place any valuables in the provided room safe.

To prioritize the safety and privacy of our guests and staff, only registered day spa and overnight guests are permitted to access the resort. Day Spa Packages are available upon request for visitors and are subject to availability. Prevailing Day Spa Package rates apply.

We provide complimentary infused water stations throughout the resort, encouraging you to stay hydrated throughout each day.

All meals daily: breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks across any of the dining venues of Rosemary, Palm Court (grab & go) and Coral Cove (sharing plates).

Full access to 20+ complimentary group activities hosted daily across Body Mindfulness Center, Life in Balance Culinary Kitchen and Serenity Center. Guest can choose as many as they prefer.

Soft drinks, fresh fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies and snacks throughout the day by the poolside.

In-room minibar with soft drinks, refreshed daily.

Roundtrip shuttle airport transfers to RSI airport.

To spend on signature spa treatments, premium wellness specialist sessions, chef led culinary experiences and adventure activities. Entirely guest’s choice.

At the time of booking, a 50-percent deposit is required. Should your travel plans change, we ask for 14 days’ notice for a full refund.

To ensure that all guests can enjoy our experiences, we request 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel a spa treatment or experience. No-show appointments incur a fee equivalent to the service provided.
