Great hotel in a convenient location near the train station and city center. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again.

Good vibes

The hotel me and all in Ulm is very nice, the breakfast is delicious, the room and clean is goog. The location in perfect, veru near de restaurants and store, in front off subway.

Super nice hotel

Arriving by train the hotel is located so conveniently just in front of the railway station.   Trams and busses stop right at the front of the hotel.  Just 10 mins from the Ulm Messe by tram which runs as good as every 10 mins.  Behind the hotel is the main shopping street.  Supermarkets all around the corner.

This was the most unexpected stay with many small details that makes you  laugh and smile. 
All comfy hotels are nearly the same, comfortable beds and pillows, clean and nice, but here ir nakes you smile and laugh of items like: let the be power master switch, don't wake the tiger on the door hanger, don't be frog be a duck on the soap, items that make you smile waiting for elevator, and as well reflection of the life by things i want to do before i die. It was awesome stay.

Super stay

Great hotel and location across the street from the train station. Found a German-style restaurant around the corner with excellent food andd Oktoberfest beer that satisfied our desire to eat in the culture. If you are Danube Swabian or Lorraine’s du Banat, the excellent museum is within walking distance. Loved the breakfast and the decor was exceptional.

Convenient, comfortable and great breakfast

Room is small, no front shower curtain, no desk, only one round chair.  The sink water drained very slow, I took away the drain cover it's full of scum and does not help the drainage.

Generally Hyatt is well above average in terms of hotel quality,

Really cool hotel and make sure to go to the 8th floor for the views. Stayed one night for a meeting nearby. 
Parking is a bit tricky to find but that would be my only critique.

Overnight Stay

I travelled with business purposes and used World of Hyatt membership for the booking. The place is nicely decorated, very clean, the staff was really friendly and helpful, we could ask anything and they would answer and give recommendation for us. The food was great, they had a variety that could work for people with dietary restrictions (maybe not all, but a very wide selection). 
Also, make sure to cancel cleaning services with the QR link shared around the bed, if you are staying more than 1 night, because you can get a free drink in the bar for that. ;)

Greatest in customer service

Beautiful hotel with nice bedding, amenities, and access to the train and shopping. Otherwise, the location of this hotel is not ideal, as the area is heavily trafficked and noisy at all hours of the day and night. If they put you in a room on the first floor, I would demand a room on a higher floor. Also be prepared for the rooftop lounge/bar to turn into a club a few nights per week.  This is cool if you don't mind loud music and a bar crowded with people that aren't even staying at the hotel.  You will not a find a casual place to relax with a drink in the hotel on these nights.

Modern and clean but REALLY noisy

Small rooms,no desk, no fast cleaning service. Local young people sometimes are having extensive parties etc....can be quite loud till 1am during the week.... In general nice hotel,very good service. I'm sure if you go there on holidays for few days your impression will be different-better......Hotel is not ideal for business trips,you have small room and small gym available(gym is nice). Bar at the top floor is nice as well. Great thing you are not far from restaurants etc.
