Great, stylish hotel with friendly staff, a great location, lovely rooms, a scrumptious (albeit a bit too pricey) breakfast (including a waffle iron!) and a relaxing spa/workout space. The sink placement is interesting (very 1800s) but it was quiet and the bed was well cosy.

Our room was beautifully decorated by a fantastic artist; we loved it! What a nice surprise. The room was also very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was varied and consisted of quality products. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall had a good experience here, the hotel and amenities were all very nice, and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is great, right next to transit stop and in walking distance of downtown and altstadt, and the food from the restaruant/lounge was actually quite good, and nice they had good vegan options. The bed was amazing; the mattress and pillows were maybe the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on, and the linens were also very nice. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the poor design of the room/bathroom. The room itself was a bit small for the price compared to other places I've stayed in Hannover, and there was effectively nowhere I could put a suitcase that wouldn't be in the way (other than if it was fully closed and upright next to the entrance) so it was very annoying to have to go through my stuff, and no storage areas so I ended up having to constantly step over my suitcase to access half of the room (luckily I was staying by myself so there was just my bag, if I'd been with another person it would have been very difficult). Moreso than the overall size/design, the bathroom is possibly the most egregious poorly-designed-by-a-man bathroom I've ever seen: the sink basin was absurdly large but had almost zero counter space, and just a very small shelf for placing items underneath (if I'd been sharing the room with someone else there would definitely have not been enough space for both of our toiletries on the one shelf). There was nowhere to hang a hand towel other than with the bath towel hooks away from the sink so the floor got wet every time I washed my hands from the drips. The shower didn't have any kind of shelf for placing items and only a single shampoo bottle bolted to the wall so had to place all of my items on the shower floor. The mirrors were positioned such that if you were looking into them you were facing away from what little natural light the room got, and the one full-length mirror had a shelf in the middle of it so you couldn't see all of yourself at once since the shelf was in the way, so it made getting ready somewhat difficult. Additionally, I wish that there had been a master light switch near the bed -- which many hotel rooms have these days -- because every night before bed I had to go hunting around the room for all the various switches to turn things off. Additionally, I don't know if they had a handicap-accessible entrance at all -- I had to carry my suitcases up the steps in the entranceway which was fine for me, but for some people might have been a barrier.

Good hotel . Not cheap . The room is smaller that i expect . No kettle . Night time flvery loud bar and music. Night shift restauran was very rude . Unpleasant attude . The food was very salty burger were soft .

The hotel is fantastic, located on a square approximately 500 meters from the city center on one side and from the New Town Hall on the other, with a metro station right outside. The rooms, although small and without a dedicated workspace, are very clean and well equipped. The friendliness of the staff is possibly the hotel’s greatest asset, together with excellent common areas, including a sauna and a gym, although the music in the gym is excessively loud. However, at check-in the hotel applies an additional charge of 25% on the debit/credit card on top of the reservation price (for example, for a €1,000 room, €1,250 is charged). The main entrance is difficult to access for people with disabilities or those carrying large amounts of luggage.

Amazing hotel: great location, one station from Kropcke, really friendly staff, many attention to lot of details, brillant humour and relax athmosphere. I had a special room on top of that....ask for it! Surprise... Great food and good athmosphere bar! I am travelling quite often and i can say it was the best stay of the year.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, very good location, nearby urban and close to everywhere. Comfortable beds and pillows. Only lighting in the room needs improvement. Too dim. Overall I will continue to stay in this hotel during every visit of mine to Hanover.
