Great 4 day stay in Bordeaux while visiting wineries and restaurants

5 star experience, if you love design details, proximity to sights and quallity rooms. This hotel is an absolute gem of a find. Close to the historical sights and restaurants.

5 Star Experience in Bordeaux

As a member we should have received a complimentary breakfast - this was refused. Also not having a small efficient fridge in rooms a silly idea and in long run does nothing to improve the environment!

Small improvements needed

Excellent experience.   Attractive hotel in a great location with tram to airport right in front, and a shopping center with massive grocery store across the street.   There's a post office around the corner.   

Hotel staff were exceptionally attentive, the rooms are spacious and very nice.  Visiting in December set the festive mood with tasteful and elegant holiday decorations and a realistic "flameless" lobby fireplace.  

Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were most enjoyable, with very good service.  Hotel seems quite new.

Great service from all the staff we encountered. Very nice and comfortable rooms, that were nicely appointed. Hotel has a nice vibe. Access to tram is across the street. Overall impressed!

Great stay!

Convenient to the city and airport with tram stop in front of hotel. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Nice hotel for a good price.

Not for me

This hotel is located in a quiet area of Bordeaux, but very close to public transportation. The staff is very congenial and most willing to help with suggestions of what to do during your stay as well as helping you with any questions you have about public transportation and how to maneuver it. The rooms were immaculate. Housekeeping staff was quick to respond. The breakfast buffet is incredible and got our day off to a good start. We will stay here again if we return to Bordeaux.

Gem of a Find in Bordeaux

room condition very average especially the bathroom , very bad condition and dirty. Walking distance from center!!!!
