Prepaid Offer Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 3 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the prepaid amount.
• Cancellations or date changes made 1–2 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the prepaid amount.
• Cancellations, date changes, or no-shows on the day of check-in are non-refundable.

Pet Policy

EPISODE Daan Taipei welcomes your pets. Pet-friendly rooms are equipped with a latex mattress, water bowl, food bowl, pee pad and toys. A maximum of two dogs is allowed per room, and dogs are welcome only in 1 King Bed/2 Twin Beds standard rooms, 1 King Bed Deluxe Corner Room and 1 King Bed Deluxe Corner with Sofa Bed. Pet-friendly rooms must be booked at least two days in advance, and guests traveling with more than one pet must book directly with the hotel by phone. There is a charge of NT$800 per pet; if a second pet does not require amenities, the additional price will be NT$600. Fees do not include a 15.5% tax and service charge. In public areas, including The SOCIAL by LayLow, the fitness center and elevators, pets must be leashed or in a stroller or carrier. Pets must be accompanied by their owners at all times.
