Pet Policy

FirstName Toulouse welcomes all small pets in the hotel (up to 10 kg) and offers them a personalized welcome with a bowl.

The daily rate is 25 € per room per night. Pets must be always kept on a leash in both indoor and outdoor public areas. Pets are not allowed in our fitness. 

You will be billed for any room damage caused by your pet.

Dogs cannot be left alone in the room.

City Tax

In 2025, the Toulouse city tax is €3,60 per person per night.

Smoke-Free Policy

FirstName Toulouse is a smoke-free property policy. It is not allowed to smoke in the hotel or rooms. A cleaning fee of 250€ per day will apply to any violations.

Disabled Access

Our rooms specifically designed for those with reduced mobility can be requested when the booking is made. Our team is trained to welcome disabled people and is at your service to respond to any specific questions or requests.
