The atmosphere and staff at this hotel went above the normal to make our experience wonderful. We will  definitely return and recommend this hotel to others.

Great stay

We enjoyed staying here because of the hot breakfast and hot tub and pool and gym.
Rooms are clean and there is a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room.

Wild Palms hotel

Even during the busy Christmas holiday with tour groups on site, our family of four had an outstanding stay
The service was flawless from check-in to breakfast, and our room in the 500s was peaceful and quiet, perfect for families traveling with seniors and young children👍👍👍👍😘😘😘
We were able to truly rest and relax, which made this holiday stay especially memorable.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families

Family friendly hotel

Great little hotel. Location is in the middle of many restaurants and shops, off a main Blvd. Clean, nicely refurbished, comfy beds, little frig is nice, morning coffee is very pleasant.

Our go-to (Hyatt) hotel in Sunnyvale

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Not much else to recommend this hotel, but I would say it was “solidly adequate” for a one night business trip.

Adequate.

Don't bother staying at this hotel.  It's a tacky place and they let big groups of people party all over the premises all night long.  Horrid place!

Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Went to Bay Area to visit family and go to Levi’s Stadium for a 49ers game. Very convenient location, good price. Breakfast was very tasty and healthy. Free parking. Renovated vintage hotel and decor was fun!

Great Stay for. Family Visit & Football

Room was hot and stuffy! No air conditioned rooms!
Do not stay here in the summer you will melt and for paying $250.00 a night is highway robbery!

Too much money for nothing!

Lobby and room "looked" great. Bed was too soft and sheets poorer quality than expected for a Hyatt. Basically this was a remodeled MOTEL so thin walls. Breakfast was inedible except for the coffee and english muffin. Eggs were hard and overcooked. Tater Tots were not even cooked long enough. Sausage awful. The juice was good. For the same $200, I should have stayed where I usually go at Maple Tree Inn down the street, but thought I would give this a try.

Better places to stay in the area for same price point

The hotel was cute and clean, but the walls are super thin and every sound gets through at every hour of the night. Bring earplugs.
