Great hotel at a great location with dreadful elevators that are in desperate need for a complete overhaul and replacement.

Bad elevators. Good hotel. Great location.

I loved the decor of this hidden gem. It's on the outskirts of San Francisco and I loved not being in the city. It tends to get overwhelming in the city. The hotel includes free parking and the area is really safe even if I were traveling alone.

Lovely hidden gem

First time trying the JDV brand under Hyatt. This one in bay area is pretty stylish, cozy, and economy choice.  I am very satisfied with the dollar value it brings and the vibe it has. This also helps me to achieve the brand explorer reward as it is not very commonly seen at places where I usually visit. Will definitely consider again in future.

Cozy stylish economy choice in south bay

This was a great stay and staff was super friendly, also granted me late checkout. The rooms are spacious and clean, Hotel is on El Camino and close by to great restaurants, grocery stores and even public transit.

Great stay in Silicon Valley

Nice place close to place we want go very quite no kids. Pool was clean. Housekeeping was great. Front desk so do and elevator needs attention. Hall ways musty smells room was great no Oder there.

Vac getaway

Good rooms, Hyatt affiliated, close to where I need to be.  The pesto egg sandwich for breakfast is quite tasty too.  My only complaint is that one day they said it would 30 minutes to warm up the sandwich, so I went without that day.

My go-to hotel in Mountain View

Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful hotel staff. They provided us with some great dining suggestions and valuable tips for attending the concert. Our room was exceptionally clean, with attention to detail evident in the pristine tile grout and baseboards. We would definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

Great Stay!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Wanted to stay in usually place near Stanfords campus and found this hotel instead due to cheaper process. Enjoyed the stay more than the usual place!  Thank you.

Pleasantly Surprised - good service

Hidden Gem in Silicon Valley. Staff is so friendly and professional. Also, very responsive. I love the rocking chair in the room. There is a microwave and mini fridge in each room, too. The bed and bedding are very comfortable. Plug outlets are plenty.

Very very comfortable stay.

Extremely thin windows and the loudest AC I've ever heard -- I normally have no problem sleeping in hotels, but I couldn't sleep at all. This is an older building that has been remodeled, but the remodel seems superficial. It's cute, but the ceilings are low, and the window/AC situation made it impossible to be comfortable because of the noise.
