Pet Policy

The hotel does not allow pets except for service animals.

Children

Accommodation
Children under age 13 pay €40 per night, including breakfast. Children 13 and over are considered as adults. We are happy to provide you with a cot or an extra bed for children under 13.

Restaurants

• For bookings without included breakfast, we offer a discount of 50% on the breakfast price for children under 13 years.
  
• Children receive a discount of 50% on other additional services such as brunch and lunch.

These policies and benefits apply exclusively when the children are accommodated in their parents’ room. Children 13 and older are registered in the system as full-paying guests.

Spa & Fitness
At the spa area, children under 16 are allowed access under the supervision of their parents. The fitness area can only be used by persons 18 or older. However, teenagers 16 and 17 can train under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Smoking

The Indoor areas of our hotel and all our rooms are nonsmoking areas. Please feel free to use your terrace or balcony as well as dedicated outdoor smoking areas in our resort. Please note, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €150 for prohibited smoking in our hotel rooms. Thank you for your understanding.
