Check-in/Checkout Policy

Check-in is permitted after 3 p.m. and checkout is permitted before 11 a.m.

Prepaid Offer Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 3 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the prepaid amount.
• Cancellations or date changes made 1–2 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the prepaid amount.
• Cancellations, date changes, or no-shows on the day of check-in are non-refundable.

Pet Policy

Pet-friendly room types include our Standard Room and Studio Suite Room. Please reserve room at least five days before arrival. Package includes exclusive latex foam, food and water bowls, treats and toys. Maximum of two pets for each room. In public areas, pets are required to stay in trolley(s). 

FEES: NT$1,500/pet (plus 15.5% tax and service charge)

WEIGHT LIMITS: No limits

World of Hyatt Program Policy

Eligible spending from Cing Yan Steakhouse, located on the first floor, is qualify for point accrual in the World of Hyatt program when posted to your room folio. This privilege does not extend to transactions at Louisa Coffee and Jiu Yang.​

Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel no longer provides disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest that you pack all necessary daily essentials in advance.

 

Bottled Water

To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
