Check-in is permitted after 3 p.m. and checkout is permitted before 11 a.m.

• Cancellations made 3 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the prepaid amount.
• Cancellations or date changes made 1–2 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the prepaid amount.
• Cancellations, date changes, or no-shows on the day of check-in are non-refundable.

At EPISODE Hsinchu, pets are warmly welcome. Pet-friendly room types include Standard Rooms (King / Twin), Deluxe Two Queen Room, and Studio King Suite. To ensure availability, reservations must be made at least five days prior to arrival.

Each room can accommodate a maximum of two pets. A range of pet amenities is provided to ensure a comfortable stay, including a pet bed (for dogs), pee pads (for dogs), a litter box (for cats), food and water bowls, as well as complimentary treats and toys. (Please note that pet beds / litter boxes, food bowls, and water bowls are for in-room use only and may not be taken away.)

In all public areas, pets must remain in a stroller at all times to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.

Eligible spending from Cing Yan Steakhouse, located on the first floor, is qualify for point accrual in the World of Hyatt program when posted to your room folio. This privilege does not extend to transactions at Louisa Coffee and Jiu Yang.​

Disposable Guest Amenities

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel no longer provides disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest that you pack all necessary daily essentials in advance.

 

Bottled Water

To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
