Very cozy and nice hotel. Loved it's so nearby to everything - each place is like 10min walk away. Also so beautiful neighborhood with good restaurants nearby, also for brunch and breakfast. Did not eat in the hotel because don't eat much in the morning and loved going to nearby restaurants. Loved the Turkish one especially around the corner called BEYOĞLU.

The hotel was super quiet and the beds extra comfy. We also liked the bar and free drink because we used the option "not clean" and got a drink for free :)

The best hotel in Hamburg

Nice location. Easy to park. The room was spacious and clean.  The breakfast was typical German boring breakfast. There was a possibility to get freshly made omelette. Nice tea selection. 
The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel at a good location

Great hotel with amazing breakfast. Centrally located which makes it easy to explore the city. Many great restaurants in walking proximity. The sauna adds a nice touch to the overall experience. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel in a central location. Everything clean and tidy with staff who are friendly and very attentive. Very good value for money.

The hotel is in a perfect location. You can reach the Alster, Hafen Stadt, Landungs bruecken in an easy 5–10-minute walk. The rooms a clean I head a suite with a deck and a private Sauna. Perfect for relaxing after a lengthy walk. The breakfast buffet is great and should be missed. Great new addition to the Hyatt JDV program.

Wonderful hotel in excellent location! Walking dustance to local attractions and transportation. We loved our stay. Staff was great as well!

Great hotel

Everything was perfect. Location, price, service, and breakfast. Perfect for business trips and family stays. I recommend it for both short and long stays.

Good location

Nice stay in a perfect location.  Walkable to Reeoersbahn and waterfront yet in a quiet safe area.  Good store for all needs directly across the street.  Parking is 30€ per day!
