Hotel Check-In Policy
It is mandatory for guests to present a valid photo identification document at the time of check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Pet Policy
Your holiday is even better with your furry friend by your side! At Ronil Goa, we welcome your canine companions. On request, we provide a pet bed, food bowl, and a special welcome amenity. Our chefs can accommodate any dietary needs your pet may have. Additional fees and weight limits apply.
Important Note: Not all areas have lift access; most rooms require the use of stairs.

Third Occupant Policy
We do not have extra beds, cribs, or cots available in any room type at Ronil Goa. In case of accompanying child up to six (6) years of age, can be accompanied in the same room without an extra bed. Subject to terms and conditions.
Property Layout
Ronil Goa – part of JdV by Hyatt is a boutique resort that is spread across 12 guesthouses, each with at least one upper floor. Elevators are not available in these guest houses, with the exception of Guest House 11 (GH11). If you require a room on the ground floor, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Safety & Wellbeing
For your safety, we recommend wearing anti-skid footwear while walking around the property, especially during monsoons. In-room slippers are intended for use in the room only and may not be suitable for outdoor areas.
Pool Floats
Our pool floats are designed for a relaxing and fun experience, and also make for great photo moments. We kindly request you to handle them with care—a charge will be applicable in case of any damage to the pool floats.
Linen Care
For the care and comfort of all guests and the environment, we request you to please take care of the linen provided in your room. Any linen that is damaged or permanently stained will be chargeable. Kindly use the In-room table for drinking and dining.
Outside Food & Beverage
Consumption of outside food and beverages is not permitted in any guest areas, including garden, pools and lounge. You can consume the same in the comfort of your guestroom. Warming/ reheating of outside food is not available.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only at the designated smoking areas of the hotel and ash bins have been placed accordingly. Smoking in the room will attract a fine of INR 5000. Should you wish to smoke on the balcony, please call guest services for an ashtray to be placed.

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste, our hotel provides a limited selection of disposable guest amenities. We kindly suggest packing necessary daily essential in advance.
