Reservation Policy
Good-standing World of Hyatt members are eligible for member rates when booking and staying at Hyatt hotels and resorts participating in the program.
To qualify for the member rate, guests must book through Hyatt.com or the Global Service Center, provide the World of Hyatt membership number at the time of booking, and request the member rate.
To obtain the membership, please visit worldofhyatt.com or join during the booking process.
The member rate is up to 5% off the standard rate and is non-transferable. This offer cannot be combined with previously booked or held stays, is not applicable to group/meeting rates, and cannot be enjoyed together with other rates, promotions, or offers unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.
Unless otherwise noted, the member rate is based on a per-room, per-night basis, for single or double occupancy and does not include taxes, incidental charges, or any other hotel-specific charges. Additional charges may apply for room upgrades and extra guests. The member rate is subject to the cancellation and no-show policy disclosed by each hotel at the time of booking.
The number of rooms available for this rate is limited, and reservations are subject to availability. The member rate may be limited during high seasons, special events, or extreme demand and is subject to standard stay and checkout restrictions unless otherwise noted.
