Pet Policy

The hotel welcomes pets. The fee is €30 per day for pets up to 20 kilogrammes.

Children

Accommodation: Children under 13 years old stay for free in their parents’ room. We are happy to provide you with a baby bed or an extra bed for children under 13 years old free of charge. Children age 13 and older are considered as adults.

Restaurants:

• If the rate includes breakfast, children under 13 also receive breakfast free of charge.
• For bookings without breakfast included, we offer a discount of 50% on the breakfast price for children under 13.
• Likewise, children receive a discount of 50% on other additional services such as brunch, dinner, etc.

These policies and benefits apply exclusively when the children are accommodated in their parents’ room. Children 13 and older are considered adults and are accordingly registered in the system as full-paying guests.

Fitness

The fitness area can only be used by persons 18 or older. Teenagers of 16 and 17 can train under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Smoking

Our hotel is a nonsmoking hotel. The hotel and all our rooms are nonsmoking areas. Please note that we will charge an additional cleaning fee of €150 for prohibited smoking in our hotel rooms.
