Staff is terrible. Staff at check in is not educated, every person is tellung you different, and putting blame on colleague.

Hotel in itself is very nice and clean Breakfast is fantastic Rooms are clean but not cleaned every day. No King size or Queen beds are available inn the hotel.. to buy some snack or soft drinks you need to have coins (Euro), I had not , so was not able to buy any snack or soft drink :-(

Bar staff amazing even remembered my name. Hotel overall was exceptional checkin was simple. Special shout out again for the bar and restaurant staff. Food was very good recommend the Thai curry not hot but very tasty. Room was clean and the coffee machine was better than the average.

Staying regularly at this hotel and it consistently meet expectations. Nothing extraordinary but it delivers a solid and quality experience

This hotel was so nice. We got a king suite that had a bedroom, living area and TWO bathrooms. Each room had its own AC control and everything was just really nice. The location isn't the greatest, but you can't beat a good night's sleep.

This is a very modern and comfortable hotel in the famous football stadium. The staff is kind, helpful and dog friendly.

My stay was excellent. The hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. The bar service was excellent and the food was a really good standard. 10/10

the Lindner Hotel BayArena is certainly a great place to stay particularly if you're a football fan. The Leverkusen theme is magnificent and I can imagine on match days, the place is vibrant. Breakfast was incredible with a great spread on offer. Our only draw back was that it was a long way out of the way from facilities (we were on foot the whole time). If you're willing to walk about 15-20mins to the shopping center and train station, this is definitely worth your time!

Wouldnt recommend this property to anyone who is planning to stay in this property. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, which made my stay uncomfortable.The quality of food at the hotel restaurant did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of your caliber. The response from the front desk staff when I reported I expected prompt and courteous service, but instead, I encountered delays and a lack of empathy for the situation especially in room cleaning which is done once in two days!
