Excellent hotel, great service and friendly staff. Food and drinks priced well and good quality. This is our second business group booking here and we will be sure to visit again.

Great location next to the castle in monastery. Easy location to grab a tram. The staff in there were personable and did their best to communicate with us! Lol. Breakfast was good, the bar area was a good value. Would definitely go back.

Prague, a beautiful city

This hotel is situated close to the Prague castle in the Hradcany district and had a laid back atmosphere. It is a bit off the beaten path which actually wasn't a bad thing.  Kind of like a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of Lesser Town and Old New Town.  Situated close to two tram stops and a bus stop and right next to a Monastery with a courtyard and a view of Prague. There is also a waking path down the hill to Lesser town.  I wish I had discovered the brewery/restaurant in the courtyard earlier.  The beer and food was good there.  Along Pohorelec street were mini markets, souvenir shops, several cute cafes and another church.  

My room was clean and well kept.  The staff were friendly and very responsive.  I only ate at the hotel once for dinner.  The chicken caesar salad I had was good. 

Overall I had a great experience and would stay here again.  But if you want to be in the middle of the action and nightlife in Prague, this may not be the hotel for you.

Close to Prague Castle

We stayed at the Lindner Hotel in Prague. Overall, everything was okay. The food was decent, and the hotel’s location near Prague Castle was very convenient, especially with easy access to the tram.I

I had booked a one-bedroom suite but was assigned a deluxe king room instead. The staff explained the reason, which I understood. However, it would be helpful if the hotel added a note on the website about the one-bedroom suite — for example, mentioning limited view or privacy — or removed that option to avoid confusion.

Comfortable Stay Near Prague Castle

Excellent experience at the hotel.  The staff were extremely helpful when I misplaced my phone and helped retrieve it quickly.  All other service needs were also impeccable.

Excellent business stay at Lindner Prague Castle

Great hotel, good location, excellent staff.  Breakfast had a good variety and room service was fast.  Property is well maintained and rooms are very clean. Walking distance to Prague Castle complex.

Great hotel, good location, excellent staff

Excellent location for sightseeing. Strahov Monastery is in the back yard. Prague Castle and the Perrin Tower both a short walk. Nice cozy hotel. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

Solid property in a quieter part of the city. Overall a very comfortable stay. 
Convenient for trams 22 & 25. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Much prefer here to the Andaz.

Highly disappointed by this dated hotel with a tiny room. I cashed in Chase points to use for a rewards stay and was very let down, this is not the luxury property it is made to be. The only thing going for it is proximity to the castle, and even then getting to the public transportation it a trek down a hill which of course is much worse on the way there with luggage. If you’re using a car that’s irrelevant, but as a budget traveler who splurged using points for what I thought would be a luxury experience it was far from it. 

I wish I had stayed at my budget hotel accommodations that were further away from the city center, but had a far nicer modern room and more amenities. My room here was tiny, with old furniture and stained carpets, the tiniest window and smelled musty. Due to a water issue where the water was brown and full of sediment I was unable to shower when I arrived. I had to run the hot water for literally 2 hours to get the sediment to clear and was met with constant feedback from staff that there was nothing they could do. I understand construction happens and they may not have been able to fix the water immediately, but I was made to feel unreasonable and wasn’t offered so much as a free drink in the bar for the inconvenience. Even after the water cleared up the hot water pressure never returned, so I had barely warm showers for my stay. 

Don’t waste your money or precious rewards points that can be used for much better quality locations.

Buyer beware. Hotel is very outdated and not in a great location. Staff was unhelpful in accommodating us on our honeymoon. Would absolutely never return even as a Globalist this was very poor.
