Non-owners are welcome to experience our resort offerings through rental stays.
A timeshare presentation is not required for a rental stay. However, if you’re interested in becoming an owner, give us a call at +1 844 631 2582 or visit a sales gallery at one of our resorts.
Service animals that are trained to perform work or tasks are welcome at the resort. Family pets are not permitted.

Tennis courts/pickleball courts are available through the Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa next door. But we do also set up a volleyball net and basketball hoop on our Napili Lawn (artificial turf) for guests.

No. However, there is an electric vehicle charging station next door at the Hyatt Regency. Additionally, there are a few at the Whalers Village shopping center, located two minutes from the hotel.

Guests have access to the fitness classes at the Hyatt Regency (but not to the fitness center), and have access to the pools, room charging capabilities at 'Umalu (poolside dining), Japengo and the breakfast buffet. Guests do not have access to hotel activities at Hyatt Regency, but we provide the same on-site amenities at the resort.
