Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of $40 plus tax (subject to change) is applied to each room of your stay in order to provide the following services and amenities that enhance the guest experience:

• 24-hour Fitness Center and fitness classes
• In-room coffee and tea
• Access to the business center, including fax
• Gas grilling area
• Select resort activities, including salsa dancing
• Concierge service
• Self-parking for one vehicle, excluding trailers
• Access to secluded beach cove including chairs, umbrellas and water activities
• Access to Owners Lounge

Pet Policy
