Less than one star.
Do not stay here if you want to get a restful nights sleep. The walls and ceiling are lacking insulation for noise abatement. One of the worst hotel nights I have ever experienced due to the noise. Night staff was extremely rude and unprofessional after complaining about it. The breakfast is a processed food lover dream come true. Yes it is a lovely hotel but has some issues that need serious addressing. Maybe they should supply earplugs to all the guests upon arrival. That would be a start.

Worked for us
Stayed one night before flying out of FCA. It was clean, had a comfortable bed. Also, a Costco was almost next door, so could get the rental filled for less. On the downside, the water pressure in the shower was poor. The grab and go breakfast was quite limited but having it available starting at 4:30am was good for us with an early flight.

Hotel and around
Hotel was just 10 minutes from the airport and convenient to start our trip to Glacier. Costco is just around the corner as well as restaurants. However, do not plan to get anything to eat unless it is out of the hotel market after 10:00 PM
Good stay
Overall good. Not quite the same level of customer care as a Hyatt place. The staff were all young girls who were pleasant but sometimes hard to track down. The place was very clean. Breakfast is minimal. The elevator made very strange clunking noises. Laundry was a third party operation and not super user friendly. The staff could not help with an issue regarding it. But overall a satisfying stay.
Excellent clean and comfortable choice in Kalispell
Excellent location close to dining and shopping, away from high traffic or congestion of inner city. No transient encounters and the facility is located in location that feels safe. Excellent staff and attentiveness to needs or requests. Breakfast was lacking and offered bare essentials in pre-packaged items and fruit, that was the only thing lacking on this stay. Otherwise, the service and comfort made up for what the breakfast lacked. I would stay here again, the full refrigerator and cooking amenities make up for the basic breakfast offering.

Fantastic
Perfect family hotel . I traveled with wife and 3 kids and there was plenty of space (bathroom didn't lock though) the full kitchen was so helpful. The bbq and fire pit outside are awesome. The staff were fantastic helpful in every way they could . Highly recommend

Not good for business travel, expensive, basic hotel
Disappointed by inflexibility of staff. I needed a bit of extra time to finish a conference call and was told be desk staff that it was not possible, which I found unhelpful and really created significant issues. I probably needed just 15 minutes. Otherwise the hotel is nice, though basic and expensive.

Helpful Staff
The hotel is new. Our room was very nice. Very clean. Grab and go breakfast was fine. Staff was great. Welcoming, helpful, and proficient. I had to make a change to my reservation before arriving. I tried to address it by calling Hyatt's national reservations number, and the first person I talked to was useless. I called the hotel directly and Anyja was very helpful.

Great Location, But Not the Hyatt Experience We Expected
We recently stayed at the Hyatt in Kalispell for 5 nights. While the hotel itself was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall experience fell well short of what we’ve come to expect from Hyatt. The biggest issue was the noise. The floors and ceilings seemed incredibly thin…we could hear every footstep from the room above us, and it sounded like people were constantly walking around. The room doors were also surprisingly loud. Every time someone opened or closed a door, the automatic deadbolt made a loud clicking noise, followed by the door slamming shut. Between the footsteps and doors, it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Another disappointment was the breakfast. Instead of a typical Hyatt breakfast, they only offered a grab-and-go selection that was very limited and exactly the same every day. After staying six days, the options became pretty underwhelming. The biggest surprise, however, was the housekeeping policy. During our 5 night/6 day stay, there was no housekeeping service at all. We were told that housekeeping is only provided once for stays of a week or longer, and if we wanted fresh towels or linens before then, it would cost $75. I’ve honestly never experienced that at any hotel. Instead, we had to gather our dirty towels and carry them down to the front desk ourselves in exchange for clean ones. There were definitely some positives. The complimentary guest laundry was convenient (although only one free load), the washers and dryers worked well, the front desk staff was always pleasant and helpful, and the location was excellent—right between downtown Kalispell and downtown Whitefish, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, our stay wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t the Hyatt experience we’ve come to expect. With better soundproofing, a more substantial breakfast, and a more reasonable housekeeping policy, this hotel would be much more enjoyable.

Clean and new, but loud
Very clean new hotel, but noisy road noise and hallway noise. We didn’t venture into downtown kalispell, but still good and shopping close if needed. The front desk ladies were great!

Nice hotel. I would have given 5 star but their laundry facility is total SCAM. Other than that staff was very friendly and helpful.

4 nights stays at Hyatt Studios Kalispell
This is a new Hotel so most of everything still new but house keeping service not good. We stayed there 4 nights without any house keeping service. House keeping service available once every 5 days.

Great hotel to stay with family!
Excelent location near Costco and easy access to GNP. Also great hotel with amazing staff. Very spacious rooms for 2 queens as well

Great location, paper-thin construction, could be very noisy
The location is excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel's construction appears to have very little sound insulation. The walls seem paper-thin, and noise from both outside and neighboring rooms carries easily. If you're a light sleeper or planning an early start, be aware that it can be quite noisy. A quieter environment and better management of late-night disturbances would have made for a much better stay.

Great new hotel in Kalispell
Great new hotel in Kalispell. First time visiting the area, and first time staying at a Hyatt studios. Reminded me of a Hyatt House, just less so, if that makes sense.

Great place to stay!
We enjoyed our stay- everything was clean and staff was very welcoming/accommodating. We knew breakfast wasn’t included- so that was not a surprise to us. They did have some on the go items-coffee, granola bars, muffins, instant oatmeal, bananas, apples etc… which ended up being great to bring along for our early morning hikes! We also enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor sitting area. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Great place to stay.
Really nice place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and very clean with all the amenities. The kitchen was very nice and an icemaker in the refrigerator was icing on the cake. Good value and great service.

A nice place to stay when visiting glacier
Other than my experience with the defective dryer in the laundry area, I really liked this hotel. It was a perfect base camp for my family visiting Glacier. Really clean and the room had nice features to prepare meals for my group.

Great place to stay in Kalispell while visiting Glacier national park.
Great location in Kalispell, very clean room newly built and great for stay as has a fully furnished kitchen in the room.

Great experience!
Friendly staff! They were ready for us and checked us in quickly! We got in late and they had our keys ready to go. Super quick. Rooms were amazing!
