The value was acceptable, but the check-in process was poorly handled, and the management was extremely disappointing. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations. There are many better options available, and I would not choose to stay here again.

We could’ve just had a bad room, but my son and I traveled to St. Louis for his 13th birthday and stayed overnight. The hallway leading to our room reeked of marijuana. There were hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower, etc. There was mold growing where the shower met the floor, as if they just slapped a shower enclosure over work that needed remediated. The desk had some weird sticky substance on it. The corner of the TV console was broken and crumbling on the floor. The fridge barely worked. The breakfast was sparse and cold. So many reviews painted this hotel in a great light, so maybe we caught them on a bad day. But it wasn’t great.

This is one of the better moderate priced hotels I've stayed at, with Hyatt or any other brand. The entire facility and rooms were clean and modern looking, with newer furnishings. The staff were very helpful as well. I also appreciated the complimentary parking and breakfast buffet.

Great location next to airport with free shuttle. Can be loud with kids running around. Staff members seem friendly. Rooms are in fairly good shape and fairly comfortable. Great for stay if catching flight the next morning.

This hotel is convenient and close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was quite nice and clean. The lobby was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Thank you!

Great location to Lambert International. Park and Stay option was perfect. Shuttle to and from airport was timely, clean, and shuttle driver was friendly and knowledgeable about airport dropoff and pickup areas.

If you are looking for a hotel close to the airport at St Louis filled with helpful staff then look no further than this one. The room was clean and quiet and spacious. That and a tasty breakfast in the morning completed the stay.

Clean and comfortable! We had an early flight the next morning, so we were in and out quickly, but this will be my airport hotel choice moving forward.
