Very warming, secluded, quiet ... Love the extra amenities and the extra love. Breakfast was mainly pastries and salads. Overall experience is great. We chose this hotel for the great morning jog experience

I organized a conference that was held here. From start to finish, the Hyatt Regency staff were incredibly helpful. We looked at a lot of other hotels in Bali before settling for the Hyatt. It was certainly not the cheapest option, but what we discovered was that it was worth every penny. The hotel events manager was absolutely brilliant - all of the staff made sure our conference arrangements went without a hitch - from the meeting room, to all the equipment/supplies we needed, to the room accommodation, the airport transfers for all participants, the food...etc. Many of our participants stayed on after the conference just to enjoy the hotel and the beach. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the beach is lovely. Would happily come here again either for business or pleasure.

We booked a Premium double but didn’t realise these rooms are all on the ground floor which we didn’t want. We had to downgrade to a deluxe room but it was still an excellent room and had a partial (through the many trees) sea view which was nice. The hotel covers an enormous area and can take a while to navigate from the farthest out room to the amenities. This huge area is all beautiful well kept gardens full of exotic plants so is a pleasure to walk through. The pool area too covers a big area with several pools with great loungers, this extends to the beach which is really why the hotel is located here. All very beautiful. Food is excellent and you can use the next door sister hotel (Andaz) for restaurants too. Breakfast is superb with a big range of cuisines but ordering eggs to be brought to your table maybe after you have eaten everything else isn’t ideal. We ordered eggs benedict as service was immediate. Beautifully appointed if huge reception/bar area. Service from all members of staff was first class, attentive without being intrusive. Location is pretty good for accessing the shops in Sanur and there is a beach side walkway for a long way into the shopping areas. We loved it!

This was our second time staying at Hyatt Regency Bali in Sanur, and once again, the service was absolutely immaculate! A special shout out to Chef Krisna, Oka at the Regency Club, and Sri at Omang-Omang for going above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable. Their genuine warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made our trip extra special! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a timeless, classic Balinese design and beautifully maintained grounds throughout. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach, and having a dedicated adults-only pool makes the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable! Hyatt Regency Bali continues to be one of our favourite places to stay in Sanur. We will definitely make it a point to return every time we visit Bali. Thank you to the wonderful team for making yet another stay so memorable. We already can’t wait to come back!

Hyatt Regency Bali far exceeded my expectations. There’s a variety of experiences for everyone, excellent location. Beautiful property!

The hotel was in an excellent location, beach on oneside with great bars and restaurants, town/shops/bars the other side. Upon entering the hotel, there was a welcome going and the staff made us feel very welcome. The room was of a very high standard, very clean, housekeeping worked really hard. The breakfast were amazing, so much choice, the piano bar and the pizzaria were great places to chill and eat great food and drink decadent. Overall our stay at the Hyatt regency has been one of the best holidays we’ve had.

Far exceeded all expectations! The hotel is huge with a wonderful ambience and an authentic Balinese feel..we were even welcomed by the sound of a gong, which was such a memorable touch. On my second trip to Bali, and my first time staying in Sanur, this hotel truly stood out. Highly recommended for couples or families seeking a relaxing getaway with multiple pool options and lovely strolls along the beach.

The Hyatt Regency is professionally run by friendly and dedicated staff, at all levels. Although the hotel shows some signs of aging, this adds to it's charm. Apart from the efficiency of the staff, the magnificent gardens are what sets the HR above other hotels in Sanur. Despite being a large establishment, the gardens create an atmosphere of serenity and seclusion so that you never feel the size of the hotel. In fact it feels as though you're staying in the Balinese jungle, with comfort at you fingertips - which makes for a wonderful experience. Breakfast at Omang Omang is not to be missed.

This was one of the more beautiful resorts we've been to! What we liked most was that it felt clean, welcoming and luxurious but not in an overly fancy-resort way. The architecture was stunning and used local materials (woods, etc) and open-air design, and the landscaping was beautiful, lending to the feeling of being surrounded by nature at all times. The staff was all wonderful, very kind and helpful, always with a welcoming smile! The food was good, lots of buffet-all-you-can-eat options, and the 24-hour gym was amazing! Other highlights were the many pool options, and beach access. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing hotel with a beautiful garden, delicious food and the most wonderful staff. The room was spotlessly clean, modern and beautifully designed. Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the service and the attention to detail. We felt very welcome and enjoyed every moment of our stay. A truly beautiful place with fantastic people. I had an amazing time at the Hyatt. It exceeded my expectations and felt like I was in another world. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, and they went out of their way to make you feel welcome. I have an allergy to peanuts and tree nuts and the breakfast staff and chefs were fantastic in showing me around the buffet, and making sure I was able to eat foods safely. The hotel itself is stunning with beautiful, exotic landscapes and wildlife everywhere you walk. I will definitely return another day.

Resort is beautiful and well maintained. Gardens are gorgeous. Room was large enough for 2 of us. Bed was cozy, room also had a lovely balcony and bathroom shower was handheld with option for rain shower also. They provided enough bottled water, always more per request as well to accommodate the fact drinking tap water is prohibited. Spa was fabulous, available even on late notice. Purchased products there to take home, high quality and lovely scents. Food was extravagantly prepared, especially loved the breakfast. Staff was genuinely accommodating, kind, friendly and happy. Beach is lovely, especially when the tide is in 😊 Highly recommend this resort!! Loved everything about it!

Dewa and the entire staff were beyond exceptional. From the housekeeping staff, to the restaurant staff to the front desk and bell hop.

Lovely hotel on the beach with it's own private stretch. Enormous choice of food at breakfast which is cooked in view in the open kitchen. Good sized pools and enough sunbeds scattered with a lot of shade with either parasols or trees. All staff from reception down to the room cleaners and gardeners are very polite and friendly. Beautiful gardens and flora with ponds with fish and ducks.Loved our stay there. Sept 22nd to 29th 2026.

Disappointing. We have stayed many times before and this experience was liver than the absolute bare minimum. It was crushing given the special occasion we were attempting to celebrate with family however attempts through correspondence and in person were met with transactional responses at best. That was the huge difference. They don’t care anymore. The mature landscape is always such a beautiful tranquil feature. Despite refurbishments a few years ago the decor sitting at 2.5-3 star at the very best and overall the entire hotel needs a good facelift. I wish I had chosen more wisely as I wa taking my parents for their first time, and it really was heartbreakingly disappointing.

Our third time to this hotel. We love the gardens, the staff and how peaceful it is. They left a cake in our room for my birthday which was appreciated.

Wonderful hotel. Stunning grounds. The breakfast room - with the gamelan band playing while geese float past in the koi pond - pretty hard to beat!. We will be back.

If you are looking for a beautiful hotel in Sanur then this is it! From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. The lobby/reception overlooking the manicured gardens are stunning. Rooms are excellent, modern and equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend the extensive breakfast and the Italian Restaurant overlooking the beautiful beach. Stayed at other hotels in Sanur and nothing compares to this hotel.

This hotel is ideally located in Sanur, Bali, offering a warm vibe and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s perfect for walking or cycling, with the new ICON Sanur shopping center and plenty of charming local shops nearby. Dining is excellent both on-site and in the surrounding area, with numerous local restaurants to choose from, or you can simply unwind on the beach or by the pool. The beach and sand are clean, perfect for lounging under an umbrella, though swimming isn’t possible at low tide due to the reef—making it the perfect time for a dip in the pool. Rooms are clean and comfortable with exceptional housekeeping, and the restaurant serves a fantastic breakfast. The beautifully maintained grounds and ponds create a lovely setting for all guests, especially appealing to older visitors. Reception is outstanding and highly attentive. Sanur has recently undergone an infrastructure facelift, making it much easier to walk around.
