The Lower Belvedere Ballroom offers 705 sq m of event space and can be divided into three sections of 235 sq m each. With a ceiling height of 4.7 meters, herringbone parquet flooring and integrated technology including ceiling-mounted projectors and LED lighting, the venue supports productive conferences, presentations and large-scale events. Designed for versatility and seamless event execution, the ballroom accommodates up to 700 guests.

The Upper Belvedere event space offers 242 sq m of adaptable meeting space and can be divided into three individual sections. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural daylight, while elegant parquet flooring and a ceiling height of 3.6 meters create a refined environment for meetings and gatherings. An outdoor green area directly in front of the venue adds additional space for dynamic networking and informal breaks.

Offering 350 sq m of outdoor space with a separate entrance and direct access to the adjoining meeting rooms, the Event Terrace provides a versatile setting for seasonal gatherings, from summer receptions and barbecues to winter events.

The three studios Architect, Artist and Tailor offer individually designed meeting spaces suited to smaller gatherings and focused discussions. Ranging from 35 sq m to 50 sq m, the studios accommodate up to 50 guests standing and 16 guests seated, providing a flexible setting for meetings, interviews, presentations and intimate social events. The spaces can also accommodate creative formats such as photo shoots or small product presentations. Located on the 1st floor of the conference area, each studio benefits from natural daylight, terrace access and modern technology supporting productive and collaborative sessions.

On the 15th floor, the Penthouse Suite offers 194 sq m of exclusive space for board meetings and executive events. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a private 14 sq m loggia provide panoramic views across Vienna. The loft-style living area includes a freestanding bar and lounge seating, while an adjoining dining room with a separate kitchen accommodates meetings and private dining for up to 12 guests.
