This beautiful space can seat up to 500 comfortably in a banquet setting and over 850 in a reception style event. Convienlty leading into Promenade is our over-sized pre-function gathering area. One of Oklahoma’s most unforgettable venues offers chandeliers and newly added floor covering. The Tulsa Ballroom boasts over 9,900 sq ft and can hold up to 600 guests in a banquet setting or over 800 in a reception style event. Conviently located on the first floor you are welcomed by a picturesque fountain and an over-sized pre-function space perfect for any event.

The 748 Square Feet in the Diplomat room is the perfect size for events that are 70 or fewer people. This space can be set up in a variety of ways including theater, reception, classroom, boardroom and more.

Set up your meeting headquarters in our Meeting Planner Lounge. This space is equipped with the tools that you will need to make sure your meeting operates smoothly, including a refrigerator and comfortable sofa. Take advantage of the courtesy cameras in this space that offer views of all meeting areas so you can stay on top of the program without even leaving the room.

Utilize one of the many rooms we have along Directors Row for your next meeting. These rooms can be set up in a variety of different ways for you to utilize each space as a breakout rooms or individual sessions.
