Amazing as always, I will keep coming back. The suits are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Nice location and grounds, however stuff did not seem well trained and properly motivated. My room had visible dust and hanging cables and bathroom had hair and visible dirt in the shower cabin. Bathroom mirror had spots and was not properly cleaned.

The quality of the rooms, service, and food was outstanding, just as we would expect from Hyatt. What truly impressed us, however, was the exceptional responsiveness and support shown by the entire team—including the reception and housekeeping staff—when an unexpected personal issue arose during our stay.

Very disappointing experience. The hygiene standards are unacceptable—dirty, slippery shower floors, full ashtrays, and spider webs throughout the terrace. Even more concerning was the way staff at Mercato treated a small cat in extreme heat when I tried to give it water. Staff were rude, refused to provide their names, and would not show me where the supposedly available water was. This is far below the standard I expected from Hyatt.

The dinner buffet was extremely disappointing and far below the standard we expected. The choice of food was very limited, there was almost no fresh or seasonal food, and the overall quality was very poor. We actually left the restaurant hungry and had to order additional food from another restaurant afterward. What was most disappointing was that the food did not feel freshly prepared at all. Much of it seemed like pre-packaged, store-bought food that had simply been unpacked and served, rather than properly cooked in the restaurant. Having stayed at Hyatt Pravets last year and recently visited another Hyatt property, we were genuinely shocked by the difference in quality. We have never experienced such a cheap and disappointing selection of food at a Hyatt hotel. For a property of this category, the buffet dinner was simply unacceptable and did not come close to the standard we expected.

A magical experience at the Lake of Pravets. Pravets Art Night proved again to be an excellent event not to be missed. Hotel at its best with beautifully appointed rooms . Great week-end!

A luxurious hotel with a nice spa and extremely rich and high-quality food. Suitable for business or family vacation. Tennis or bike rental is available, and there are also golf lessons. Nearby is the Bulgaria Land theme park, which is also interesting. The service is at a high level, as is the cleanliness, and the view of the lake is super relaxing and invigorating.

I was visiting hotel on 21.03. Good hotel with pleasant staff. Little bit more expensive that it offered. Almost all is newly repaired, but I am not filling that it is 4 star hotel. In some area of SPA children was not allowed, which was strange for me. Also the swimming pool water was chlorited more than enough. The restaurant for dinner is not respond of 4stars hotel quality. In the room was not enough hot even I put to max the heating. I am waiting when I am coming in some hotel the room should be prepared to be enough hot, it was cold. I was with child 6 years old.

Great place, beautiful nature, places to walk outside, clean room, clean spa zone, well equipped fitness center, delicious food and amazing staff! There were 1-2 things we would like better- the pool could be warmer and in the room the person who slept on the additional bed was cold as the wind was blowing through the closed windows.

Not only was the property beautiful the staff was exceptional as well. The 24 hr room service was much appreciated. The front office staff was very accommodating to my needs.

no hot water in the room. I had to take a shower with cold water. The air conditioner was broken. I had to open the door from the balcony in order balance the temperature of the room. The dinner was cold and dry. No dressing in the salad.

We had a wonderful family stay at Hyatt Regency Pravets Resort with our two young kids. The location is ideal—beautiful surroundings with a lake and snowy mountains that make the place feel magical. Our room was excellent: very spacious, with an amazing lake view and a large balcony. The kids were easily accommodated in the living room, using a rollin bed and sofa, which made our stay very comfortable. The temperature in the room was perfect, even during the cold winter period.The kids’ playroom was well designed with plenty of fun activities, and the animators did a great job taking care of the children, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy our stay. Mercato Restaurant offered a great variety of food, with a rich buffet and special New Year options that we really enjoyed. The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were lovely and added a festive atmosphere. Most importantly, all employees were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly felt at home and would gladly return!

I have a lot of food allergies and travel is hard for me. I often have to bring my own food and cook in my room. I brought a list of my allergies, translated to Romanian, and the resort team took great care of me. The kitchen team was amazingly accommodating - even though I couldn't eat anything off the buffet because of my many allergies, and the possibility of cross contamination, Chef Hristo made sure I had a delicious plate of food meal at every meal that he and his team cook specially for me. Not many places have been this kind and accommodating. The resort is also beautiful, has a great spa - which also helped me feel healthier, and I was delighted with all the staff, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Would recommend a stay here for anyone looking for an idyllic lake-side stay with zero allergy concerns.

Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. Although the room initially looked clean, it was full of stink bugs, and behind the curtains there were dozens of dead ladybugs. The bathroom had cobwebs, and the balcony door didn’t close properly, allowing cold air to come in. Such issues are unacceptable for a hotel of this class and seriously diminish the overall impression. I expected much higher standards from the Hyatt Regency brand.

A peaceful and quiet place where you can easily forget that you are 60 km from the center of the capital, I highly recommend it for nervous people :)

A place to truly relax and unwind. This hotel is perfect in every way. It is luxury all the way with amazing rooms, staff, food, parking, spa, pool and everything that a hotel should have.

Upon arrival, the room was cleaned rather superficially – there were hairs on the bathroom floor, and the carpet in the living room did not look clean. The balcony was also not well maintained, and the air in the room felt stale. Our stay was for three days. On the first day, only the towels were changed, and on the second day, until 2:00 p.m., there was no cleaning or minibar replenishment at all. Considering that the hotel occupancy was around 20%, this was surprising for such a well-known chain. The biggest disappointment was the room service. On the very first day, when we arrived, we tried to contact reception, the restaurant, and room service for almost 20 minutes without success. In the end, we had to remain hungry until dinner, as nothing but the lobby bar was open, and we were too tired, especially with a small child, to wait. Overall, the place is peaceful, with a wonderful view, but cleanliness and service definitely need more attention. It would also be nice to have more activities for the youngest guests.
