Nice Airport Hotel
This hotel was a great place for an overnight stay prior to catching our flight home the next day. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Dinner was good and the breakfast buffet was very nice with a wide variety of choices. We would stay here again when flying in or out of SFO.

Great Hyatt near SFO
Great hotel near San Francisco Airport. Shuttle very convenient. Starbucks in lobby and good little restaurant. Rooms are a good size.

Poor and terrifying experience
Worst experience. Was woken up in the middle of the night by loud knocking of staff telling me I didn’t belong in the room and sent a male who asked me to open my door. I refused after explaining I had checked in earlier in the evening. They then called again to figure out who I was telling me they couldn’t find me in the system. Once they did, no apology and they went on with their evening after I was now wide awake, terrified and wondering what had just happened. All of this while needing to get up extremely early for a business meeting. Don’t recommend staying here due to the disorganization and poor handling of a very frustrating situation.

San Fran Stay
This hotel had a wonderful kind and welcoming staff. Clean rooms, clean ammentities. All in all a great experience. They went out of their way for the kids as well. Smiling a friendly all the way!!!

very rude, and if the rooms are in the inner ring facing the dome - expect to have noise disturbances, no water bottles were provided, the staff were very rude

Search for another hotel
Outdated and over expensive hotel. Dusty and smelly rooms with old carpets and shower curtains. Over expensive breakfast for a below average quality (60$ for a coffee and buffet)

Mediocre stay, nothing special
Overall a mediocre stay with nothing standing out. I'll stay elsewhere next time. Was underwhelmed for my first experience at a Hyatt brand hotel. Pros: - Shuttle every 15 mins beginning at 4am. Shuttle is shared with the Hilton waterfront hotel nearby too; stops first at the Hyatt (about a 15 min ride from pickup to airport stop 1). - Ate dinner at the on-site restaurant one evening & was pretty good. - Requested a renovated room, which was updated and clean, although the layout a bit odd. Meh stuff / cons: - Was told at check-in that the restaurant on site didn't open until 7pm that evening. - Charges a $50 fee to check in early (normal check-in is 4pm; was notified of fee at arrival so not a surprise bill, but did not see this clearly on hotel website before). Was not offered to hold luggage for free, but saw this offered to customer being checked in next to us (after we accepted early check-in) - Lots of renovations going on made hall traffic busy, and noisy between 7am to 8pm. - A convention was wrapping up the day we checked in & housekeeping was vacuuming and cleaning adjacent rooms past 8pm (coming from the east coast, I was ready for bed around then but was too noisy to sleep)

Kindness and cordiality
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport hotel for 10 days. I can say it was an incredible experience—above-average breakfast, friendly staff, and cleanliness and organization befitting a hotel of this caliber. I highly recommend it.

Stop over for a SF trip.
The Hyatt Burlingame SFO is a great business Hotel to stay at. The location is perfect to jump into DT SF, or jump on a plane via the shuttle. Rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. Value was really good compared to many other hotels in the area.

Avoid this hotel
This property is rundown and in need of some serious remodeling, carpets in the room were very worn and stained, HVAC system was struggling, tub faucet dripped throughout the stay. No bath mat, wash cloths or hand towels in my room. Room gave me the ick as it felt dirty. Would not recommend this property at all for the cost. I’ve stayed in nicer budget motels than this property.

Good experience
Nice hotel, good Shuttle service. The gym is very good and the restaurant has good food! A little far if you want to go to San Francisco, but perfect for conventions and meetings.

Served it's purpose
The hotel is fine, a bit dated, but reasonably well maintained. Service and food were fun. It served it's purpose. Overall it was fine.

Wonderful Respite
Amazing place. It was very entertaining to have the runway view. Our room was peaceful. The food was excellent. It's nice to head out and take walks along the bay.
Good starting off place
Great airport location -- close to major highways. The hotel is large but very organized and comfortable. Parking is available for a fee (not cheap). The front desk were very accommodating. Very easy to get in and out. It's an airport location so only a few restaurants nearby, and it's not convenient for foot travel, but I did see people walking and bicycling. Lots of channels on the TV and free Wifi (but no free breakfast).

The location is great, and it was a easy drive from Davis on Friday afternoon. The staff is nice, and accomodated our request to change our rooms to a lower leve.

Great Salmon
The salmon really was delicious. Room is old but really clean. Bedding was comfortable. Was upgraded to a seaview room.

Loved our stay!
Location is convenient and right next to freeway. You can see the planes landing literally from your window! Food and bar was good. Service at bar was excellent! Room was clean.

View of the airport runway
The hotel’s major guests are business travellers and airline crew personnels. We were given room 5023. It has a nice view of the San Francisco airport runway. My husband enjoyed watching the landings and take-offs of the planes. The layout of the room is a bit weird that it has a piece of wall protrudes out from the bathroom which block the view of windows when entering the room. It makes the entrance area feel cramped and difficult to manoeuvre the luggage into the room. Our room has no kettle and teabags. We had to talk to the front desk to get them. Then the sofa in our room has bugs which stung my thighs when I sat down. We ended up standing looking out the window. However, the soundproof of the windows was good. I am a light sleeper. I was able to sleep through the night without waking up. I only hear slight motion noise from the planes’ take off in the morning.

Good stay
We stayed in the hotel two nights for the church conference.Stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly. Rooms was clean and cozy. We enjoed food and service at the hotel's bistro. Free ice cream at the chek in was nice surprise.
