Package Policy

The hotel is happy to receive packages on your behalf, but please note, package handling and delivery is subject to a charge of $10 for letters or boxes. For more than 10 items, a flat fee of $100 will apply.

Smoking Policy

There is no smoking allowed in the public areas of the hotel. Smoking is only permitted outside the hotel in People's Park near Starbucks. The hotel will apply a $250 cleaning fee to any guest room that violates this nonsmoking policy.

Privacy Policy

FOR THOSE GUESTS UTILIZING THE “PRESENTLY OCCUPIED” SIGN:

At Hyatt, the welfare and safety of our guests and colleagues is a top priority. It is Hyatt’s practice to enter every occupied guest room at a minimum of once within a 72-hour period, even if a guest has requested privacy.

Check-In Requirements

You must be 18 to check into your room. Please have a photo ID and credit card ready at the front desk.

Early Departure Fee

Hyatt Regency Sacramento has an early departure fee of one-night’s room and tax. Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in and are subject to a fee if changed after the check-in process is completed.

Pet Policy

At our pet-friendly hotel in downtown Sacramento, we are happy to welcome your traveling canine companions. To participate in the pet program, inform the hotel you’ll have a pet (or pets) staying with you at least three days in advance of your arrival.

Fees

• Up to six nights: $100 per stay
• Seven to 30 nights: $100 additional deep cleaning fee
• 30 or more nights: A fee will be assessed at the hotel’s discretion

Weight Limits

Keep in mind, only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under, or two dogs under a combined weight of 100 pounds, are permitted.
