Parking
Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya offers complimentary valet and self-parking. Access the parking garage via Olaya Road or from King Fahd Causeway. For the safety and security of our guests, on-site parking is accessible only with a room key.
Pet Policy
The hotel does not allow pets, including service animals.
Smoking Policy
Certain common areas and guest rooms are designated for smoking. Please note that we charge a cleaning fee of SAR 500, added as a room charge, for smoking rooms.
Child Policies
Children under 12 stay for free in a parent’s room. Our buffet is complimentary for children 5 and under, and 50% off for children ages 6–12. Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent while in the swimming pool area.
