Any guest 13 year of age or older will be considered an adult and is subject to adult pricing. King and Twin rooms accommodate maximum two occupants (children/infants included) and do not accommodate rollaway beds. Deluxe rooms and suites can accommodate between up to 3 and 4 occupants (children/infants included). Rollaway beds are not available, deluxe rooms and suites are equipped with sofa bed. Should you require a cot, please inform our staff at the time of booking. Please note that cots are available upon request only for guests staying in Deluxe Rooms and Suites.

Connecting options are only available for specific room type. In order to confirm connecting rooms, please contact the hotel directly.

The hotel offers rooms specifically designed for those with limited mobility, which can be requested when booking. Our team is trained to welcome people with disabilities and is at your service to respond to any specific questions or requests.

Required at the check-in:

• valid government-issued photo ID
• minimum check-in age 18 (minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)

During check-in, a pre-authorisation will be placed on a credit or debit card to guarantee the stay and cover any incidental charges. Please note that the hotel does not accept cash deposits.

Please note that for safety reasons, we do not allow external food delivery providers to access guest room floors. Staff members are not able to deliver food purchased externally to the rooms either. Deliveries may be picked up from our Ground Floor.

Guests at this location are considered children between the ages of 0 and 12. Guests aged 13 years or older will be considered adults and will be subject to adult pricing.

Cancellations or changes are permitted up to 48 hours prior to 11:59 PM local time on the day of arrival. After this deadline, one night’s fee will be charged. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Reservations of 10 or more rooms are considered a group booking and different terms and conditions apply. For group reservations, please contact groups.romecentral@hyatt.com for assistance and to receive the applicable terms and conditions.

We gladly welcome your most cherished travel companion. Please inform us that you will be travelling with your pet at least three days prior to your arrival. Water bowl and dog/cat bedding are available upon request to use in the room. Kindly note that we only allow cats and dogs to weigh up to 25 kilograms, for a maximum of two pets per room. Please be advised that the hotel is entirely nonsmoking. Guests are kindly invited to use the designated areas, where appropriate disposal bins are provided.

Failure to comply with this rule will result at check-out in surcharge of one additional night at the official daily rate of the room occupied to cover the cost of additional cleaning services for the room. Please be informed that the ban on smoking also extends to electronic cigarettes in our food and beverage outlets.

We inform our guests that a discretionary service charge of 5% will be added to the hotel bill.

The City Tax is mandatory in Rome for all guests, to be paid locally in the hotel upon check-in or checkout. The price is 10 € per adult, per day, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 10 are exempt from paying the city tax.

The City Tax is a local contribution collected on behalf of Roma Capitale and used to support tourism-related services and the preservation and enhancement of the city’s cultural and environmental heritage.

The Regency Club is accessible to World of Hyatt members holding Globalist status, as well as to guests staying in Club Access Rooms and Suites. Open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, the lounge is located on the 7th floor and offers a selection of food and beverages throughout the day, including dedicated breakfast and aperitivo offerings in the morning and evening. Guests are kindly requested to help always maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere within the lounge.

Breakfast: 7 – 11 a.m.

Aperitivo Time: 6 – 8 p.m.
