Pet Policy
Hyatt Regency Reston is proud to be among the pet-friendly hotels in Reston, Virginia, welcoming well-behaved dogs to join you during your stay. Please notify the hotel at least three days prior to arrival by calling +1 703 709 1234 so arrangements can be made in advance.
Kindly note that dogs are not permitted in suites, and additional guidelines may apply to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.
Fees:
Up to six nights—$100 per stay with a one-time deposit of $250 at check-in
Seven nights to 30 nights—$100 additional deep-cleaning fee
30 or more nights—a fee will be assessed at the hotel’s discretion
Weight Limits:
Only dogs weighing 50 pounds and under or two dogs under a combined weight of 75 pounds are permitted.

Pool Policy
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Proper swim attire is required. Pool hours and availability are subject to change without notice.
