it was great experience with good combination of services and food. Experience specially in spa was great. all the staff members were very helpful and gave us good service.
Wonderful experience
It was once again a great experience staying at Hyatt Pune. Staff was s very helpful and courteous. I loved their early start of full breakfast, helped me to have my fill before my early flight.
A pleasant and professional expereince
My stay at Hyatt was very pleasant experience. I found the staff to be very professional and supported me with a lot of logistical arrangements even before my actual check-in.
Hyatt pune is going down
Avoid the staff is bringing the brand down , they neither accommodate any early checking requests or if they do show attitude and rule book despite being a frequent visitor. Looks like they are not trained well, staff seems to be temporary and untrained
Good staff
Spacious rooms and the best Breakfast was really good along with the cleanliness. Everything was perfect. Great room and quality of everything.

Comfortable Stay and Experience
Good Experience at Hyatt Regancy as always. Good was good and I had a comfortable stay. Staff was also polite and helpful

Good
Great property. The suite room on eight floor was amazing and even though the property is close to main road it was very silent and calm overall. The check in experience and lounge can be improved especially for world for hyatt members

Housekeeping and restaurant team were amazing!
Buffet was vast and had multiple options. Had booked a suite and it was pretty good with a bathtub facing the city. Housekeeping delivered prompt service.

Overall a great experience, just one suggestion plz change your buffet’s menu atleast twice a week Except for the food menu, everything was incredibly awesome

First time in Pune
Everything was excellent - the courteous staff, delicious food, clean room, and prompt room service. The breakfast was great, and the evening snacks at the club were superb.

Great Service Hotel
Go for a staycation, work or anything this hotel and its service is awesome. very few hotels with such pedigree can have good service. Loved their food. Their housekeeping staff, FNB, Chefs,to security all fantastic. Their rooms are good sized and well maintained. The hotel is spic and span. well located in the bustling Viman nagar area. a definite go and a shout out to the Hyatt regency pune people

Had a great stay experience because of great staff
Great Staff, well maintained room and good ambience. Cannot emphasis enough about friendliness of staff they check-in from time to time to make sure you're having a pleasant stay. Once, I lightly mention about my favorite dish to the chef and the next day it was in dinner buffet.

Good stay..But there is scope for improvement
Swimming Pool was closed, Other things were OK Staff needed to be more professional .marathi food in house dining has to be better.

Conditions of rooms and services
There was no outlet in washroom. This caused great inconvenience to us. Floors got watery and we had to call housekeeping twice for cleaning. Also, Oncall experience was different as of helpdesk, both suggesting different rates, kindly coordinate internally before suggesting customers.

Wonderful Experience
It was an Amazing Experience. The staff at Hayat Regency and Residences was really helpful and welcoming. And I also got Jain food on order, that was the biggest releif for me. Taste and food quality was really good. Would surely recommend this to others.

Hospitality needs improvement
Staff Hospitality could be improved upon. For 3 days out of my 7 days stay at that place, the room cleaning services were delayed beyond 3pm.

Overall experience
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations. * Room maintenance needs improvement. The glass water bottle had an unpleasant odour, and the tea kettle was not clean. * Breakfast service was disappointing. We were informed that the induction cooktop was not working, which significantly affected the overall experience. * Basic amenities such as mouth fresheners were not available. * The swimming pool was non-functional due to regulatory guidelines. This information should have been communicated to guests before or at the time of booking to avoid inconvenience. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and I hope these issues are addressed to improve the stay for future guests.
