The location was very pleasant with easy access to transport, the surrounding suburbs were super clean with wide open spaces and the rooms were outstanding.

This hotel is in a good location. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotels offers different route of shuttles , free to train station and small fees to and from the airports. Staff are very courteous and helpful.

Great location for Disneyland and Disney Sea theme parks. Shuttles to and from theme parks are free. The buffet breakfast has many delicious Japanese dishes. Club access reward option is great bonus. The room is super clean. The staff is quite helpful and speak OK English. Overall, we had great stay.

The walls and door were dirty, I had to have housekeeping return 2 times to clean after they supposedly cleaned. The manager had to come to my room the second time to investigate.

I had a great time staying here. The staff were very friendly and professional. It was in a quiet location which was perfect for me.

Fantastic experience staying here overall. Though it is a bit far they do provide shuttle service. Everything with our stay was perfect. Very impressed with everything. Would definitely consider coming back.

Very good hotel and close to Disney. However, this hotel may be a bit to travel into the city and back daily if you are on a short trip.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was amazing. What truly stood out, though, was the staff and their exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was amazing from the front desk personnel to the team members who brought our luggage to our room and assisted us again with our luggage when it was time to leave. Everyone was welcoming, professional, helpful, and accommodating. From the food and rooms to the outstanding staff, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay is an excellent hotel, conveniently located to Disneyland/Disney Sea. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the accommodations were excellent. The staff was top notched.

This is the 2nd year we stayed at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay. Being able to have a shuttle to the Disneyland, DisneySea and train station makes it very convenient. They even have several one-ways to Tokyo. It would be nice if they added returns back to the hotel even if it is a couple times of day. We had access to the club lounge and enjoyed the breakfast, snacks and dinner there. Wish there were more snack options and dinner options. All staff were very friendly and courteous. We love the location since there are several malls in walking distance. There was also a Lawsons at the hotel next door. Also have washer and dryer on each floor.

Great place! We were only there for a couple of days but will definitely go back if ever return. Free transportation to Disney was nice. Breakfast was amazing.

Great option for Tokyo Disneyland. Free shuttle is good and there is a good park in front of hotel. Kids love that place also. Great club lounge food and great breakfast

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay for 3 nights. I read some options from previous reviewers and said it was not convenient because there was no train stations near by. Actually, you can walk around this quiet area to explore, then walk to the train station if you want to exercise. If not, hotel has a complimentary bus to take you to the train station. There is a limousine bus stop for 6$/person from hotel to airport or airport to hotel. Overall, I like this place. I will stay again next time if I go to Japan.

Excellent service, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, room amenities exceptional, extremely convenient self service laundry available in each floor. Overall excellent experience.

The hotel is great to stay as the room is big and clean. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to the JR station.However the pillows were too soft and no support.You should consider providing more firm pillows.

Quality hotel that was nice to unwind in after a long day at Tokyo Disney. My only hesitation for booking this hotel again would be it's location from Disney is a bit far, so it can take an hour to get to/from which can be a draw back if you can't get up early enough and want to get into the lines for entry before 9. The shuttle back is also spaced out by at least 30 mins, so if you miss one, you'll have a pretty long wait until the next comes around.

The I’m downside to this hotel is that it is far removed from most of the other things we liked about Tokyo. There are few walkable shops/restaurants and they all close relatively early. Otherwise we were immensely surprised with the provided amenities and the size of the room. We were a group of three (mom, 16 year old boy and 12 year old girl). We all slept in our own spaces comfortably with the available couch. The breakfast buffet and, later, the dinner restaurant in the same location far exceeded our standards. Definitely worth the upgrade to have it included and I’m a bit sad I didn’t upgrade to club level with that in mind. They do have a free one way shuttle into Tokyo but you can’t have luggage, so if you’re staying at the hotel you could still go out and explore greater Tokyo.

The additional transportation that was available was extremely helpful! I was so please that there was a bus to the near by JR line and the Disney parks at no additional cost. I was also pleasantly surprised by the bus to the airport for a reasonable fee.

The hotel is off city center but convenient location as it’s 10 minutes bus ride to the train station and one station from Disneyland resort. The room was big for family of 4 and the rate is fair.
