Policies
Our rooms are non-smoking. Any violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee of EUR 250 per day.
Our housekeeping team provides daily cleaning services, with a linen change after the third night, on the fourth day of your stay. Turn-down service is also available upon request.
Children
Guests at this location are considered children between the ages of 0-12. Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and is subject to adult pricing.
City Tax
In 2025 the city tax will be 4.69 EUR per night per person.
Pet Policy
We are delighted to welcome your dog during your stay at our hotel! Please note that only dogs weighing less than 15 kg (33.1 lbs) are allowed, with a maximum of one dog per room.
A supplementary charge of 50 EUR per night applies.
In accordance with French law, dogs classified as dangerous (categories 1 and 2) are not permitted.
We offer services and amenities tailored to your furry companions, ensuring their stay is as enjoyable as yours.
However, for hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the indoor or outdoor pools, nor in the wellness areas (fitness center, sauna, and steam room). They are more than welcome on the terrace, as well as in the restaurant and bar.

- Bed linen and bath towels are changed only every 3 days to reduce our water consumption.
- We have installed presence detectors and timers in the common areas and corridors to limit energy waste.
We limit and sort waste
- We sort all types of waste, including bio-waste, for recycling in a methanisation plant.
- We work with a majority of products in bulk or in large packaging to limit unnecessary packaging.
We are attentive to the well-being of our customers
- We cook meat-free meals, use seasonal and local produce, and cater for special diets.
- Our restaurant and snack menus include organic and/or fair trade products.
- The products used to clean our accommodation are all eco-labelled, ensuring better air quality and fewer health risks.
- For the well-being of our staff and guests, we have banned bleach, which is irritating to the respiratory tract and toxic to aquatic organisms.
