Pet Policy

At Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands, we welcome your canine companions. Rest assured that your pet(s) will enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Rooms Policy

Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and is subject to adult pricing.

King and twin rooms accommodate a maximum of two occupants and do not accommodate rollaway beds. Deluxe rooms accommodate three occupants. All suites accommodate up to four occupants.

Studio apartments accommodate a maximum of two occupants and do not accommodate rollaway beds. Deluxe studio and one-bedroom apartment accommodate three occupants. Two-bedroom apartments accommodate four occupants.

Rollaway beds are provided upon request and subject to availability. Please note: King and twin rooms cannot accommodate rollaway bed requests.

REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN:

• Credit card, debit card or cash deposit for incidental charges
• Government-issued photo ID
• Minimum check-in age is 18

ROOM ACCESS:

• Nonresident guests visiting guests during the day must register in the visitor log and, after 11 p.m., they must register at reception with a valid ID.
• Additional charges applicable as per accommodation pricing.

 

VAT and Catering Levy Policy

Rates are inclusive of 16% VAT (value added tax) and catering levy of 2%.
