Great experience for business travel!
Exceptional staff. I had not been to New Jersey before and the staff from the front desk to housekeeping are so friendly. The hotel is in a great location with nice amenities.

Stuck in Morristown
After a canceled flight left me unexpectedly stuck in Morristown, I arrived exhausted and frustrated. The lady at check-in was incredibly kind and completely changed my mood. After the day I’d had, her kindness went such a long way. The person at checkout was just as warm and friendly. Truly wonderful customer service from start to finish and beautifully kept property.

Great place to stay
The hotel is fairly old, but they have kept it up-to-date. Plenty of electrical outlets, USB ports, and lighting. I was surprised that they have the kind of windows that should open - ours would not, but they were supposed to. That seems dangerous on higher floors! The view was spectacular and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything at the Hyatt Regency was wonderful - service and room. Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely stay at Hyatt Regency Morristown
I always appreciate the Hyatt Regency in Morristown, where I periodically stay on business trips. It is a clean, convenient, nice hotel in a cute town with good restaurant options in easy walking distance. I like that they offer a pass to the Crunch Fitness next door. The hotel has a nice little bar and coffee shop/snack area. Staff is always nice and responsive. Highly recommend this hotel if you will be in the Morristown, NJ area.

Daughter's wedding
We had a wonderful 5 night stay for a family wedding. Staff were amazing! And Morristown was terrific too. Very historic. A we had great weather.

Barking Dogs Welcome at Hyatt Morristown!
Notified hotel at 7:00pm about barking dog in room next door. Hotel clerk heard barking dog through the phone too. Offered sound machine as hotel was sold out. At 9:00pm dog still barking. Hotel offered new room, I packed belongs, moved to new room with all windows with broken blinds, went to front desk, moved to another room and this one had broken blinds too and then moved back to original room next to barking dog which woke me up the following morning. Hotel said they would reimburse points used (15,000) when I used (20,000) for my room so I lost 5,000 points. I will not be staying here again.

Loved my stay!
It's an absolutely perfect location in the heart of historic Morristown. The lobby is beautiful and the bar is nicely updated. The rooms are very clean.

Best Place to Stay in Morristown
This is the go to property in the area because of the location, quality of the amenities (bedding, bath, etc) and the high quality of the food. Add to that great service from the folks who work there, and there is no other choice in Morristown.

Great Place to Stay!
Great location and within walking distance of everything I needed, including a pharmacy. The front desk staff and The Market staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, well maintained, and exactly as expected. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Overall, the service and experience were outstanding. The only drawback was the noise from room doors closing. The doors tend to slam loudly, and guests near my room were frequently coming and going throughout the night, which made the noise more noticeable. While this was more a result of guest behavior than hotel service, it did impact the overall quietness of the stay. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great size room for 4 ladies. and very clean. Bartender was great along with great drinks. Would recommend staying there.

Awful stay ever!
There was no shampoo and body wash in the bathroom and the bottles looked so dirty. It shows that the bathroom was never been cleaned properly. This is unacceptable and disgusting! Didn’t expect Hyatt to provide such an awful worse service despite being an explorist with them for many years.
